Crashes
For me at least, believe it or not, the main reason in my games drops occur is bcoz of bugs. My connection is relatively stable..so much so that in recent mth I have never encountered an instance where There was a disconnection by me.
However, in about 1 out of 4 games, there will come a moment where h3 will crash--just quit after I had won a battle. any1 encountered this?
At least as a sorttaf compensation, it crashes at MAX only once per game. Strange how things work eh? So I always offer: a drop by me means a forfeit.
I think crashes by the h3 programme is an under-rated topic..or issit me?

Crash boom
This happens to me very rarely and usually when I've been on-line and looking at graphics or something. Probably system resources getting low. Some signs are: game slows down. Doesn't always load the first time. Tab key stops working. Restart and move on...

Ive found that heroes folds at totally random times. I'll have no system resources going or anything, and "bang" I'm looking at desktop, a lot of the time I'm chaining, or when i click on a mage guild. Also the AI loses a battle bug, if that happens and you replay turn, it can fold heroes too.

only fold with a pattern i've noticed is that if the other player leaves the game when ur swapping troops between 2 heroes it often folds completely. consequently i try to get in battle b4 the other person leaves or lose a few minutes doing nuthin cuz i cant swap troops around whilst i say bye.

Well my game often folds like this too...
And yes Usually when I am chaining heroes, or checking tavern on opponents turn.
I associated with "New Hero Pictures" however, some sites whom offer these new graphics for hero portraits, can cause major major bugs in your game.
Although my system resources are ALWAYS very low, because noramlly between turns I working in 1 of various 3d rendering programs or animation cells.
THe best part about mine is that it doesn't tell opponent I have left till sometimes as much as 5mins later. So I out in zone zm'ing like crazy.. and they just say..
"NO your still in game" lol I assure you I am not!

I find that I merely lose my connection to whomever I'm playing. Both of us will still be in the game, and I'll still be online, but we're both playing computers. and I know it's me, because in 3 player games they both drop at once, and they both say that only I dropped.

My connection is not the greatest & do lose my connection once in awhile but rarely does my game shut off on it's own like if I closed the whole Icon completely it's weird, most of the time during mid or after battle.
