there is also the possibility that girls consider you are too good for them. that's scary as hell for many of them too. sometimes beautiful and intelligent people are unable to find a mate, whereas less attractive and less intelligent people seem to not have that problem.

@ artu:
you critique other people's advice, that's starting an argument. just like when you critique what people post in the "great quotes" thread.
anyway, noobx, how are things? any improvement? are you actively taking anyone's advice, or are you only using this thread as a reporting platform?

I just saw a youtube movie about top monsters in Power Rangers. I liked most of the choices, but two of my favs weren't in it, while two I didn't like were.
In any case, I went down to the comment section, there were two comments.
A guy (because girls don't watch Power Rangers) said each to their own taste and mentioned some he'd have put in as well, some of which I found to be very good choices as well.
Now despite the guy had made it clear that each to their own taste, the video creator still criticized some of those choices based on his own criteria for what defines a top monster, which is missing the point when the commentor had already stated each to their own taste.
In other words, don't feel targeted Fred, none of this was meant at you.

You are absolutely right. Exactly the same was for my present girlfriend. Surprisingly to me, she told me that when she first saw me she thought that she does not deserve me and so on. She even found a guy who was a bit alike with me, but that relationship didn't last very long.
She even didn't expect me asking for a date, and she was really shocked. She was a good actress however, I was only able to guess I am not looking bad for her. Such cases are met very often, because girls are afraid and complexed just like boys.

The joke is because of this post:

Anyway, you're hilarious. It's like I don't even know what to argue about cuz your whole "problem" reads like a comedy scetch. Think we'll do best by just appreciating the comedic value of it and let you be on your way.

Yo. Nothing new. Nada. School's over, buddy, it's game over.
Three tries left now, each time it gets even harder than the previous. I wish real life supported save-state abusing. (if you don't know what this means... just go and get an emulator)

What class is it?
Yeah, I've abused save state quite a bit on pokemon. I remember saving before playing a boss, and they get an annoying crit, I get an annoying miss or something and then in stead of starting the whole battle over, I just load a state mid-battle.
There's even a save state in dosbox now, but I don't think it's officially supported. It allowed me to do all sorts of weird stuff I could only dream about 20 years ago. Then I realized some of the games I completed back then actually had the equivalent of save state, that is the possibility to save at any time during the game. Commander Keen, Doom, etc. I guess that explains how I beat those games. ^^

FE 6, FE 7, FE 8, FE The Last Promise hack ((I suggest you try this one, it's really awesome)); Final Fantasy - Dawn of Souls; Chakan the Forever Man, Chaos Engine, Mega Twins, Shining Force 1, SF 2, SF CD, SF Final Conflict, SF RotDD...
That's right off the top of my head. There are plenty more games, but these just popped up in my mind right away.

Cheating is to use inbuilt cheat codes. If there are no inbuilt cheat codes there is no cheating.......
Well I'll say it depends on what kind of experience one wants, and if it's used to cheap oneself out of it. E.g. I really dislike that in some games there's no save, or even pause, so if you don't want to play anymore you won't be able to continue.
E.g. Diablo 2, I believe, tried to solve this by allowing a saving function, which would also terminate the game and respawn the creatures, in other words a kind of "I gotta go now" save. It does however annoy me a little with the respawning and that you absolutely had to get the next wp, or redo some areas, which I think was an attempt to get people to stay.
When I play the game, it basically went something like this:
Act 1:
Cold Plains
Maybe Stony Field
Maybe Dark Woods (usually find the scroll)
Outer Cloister
Usually go back to Stony Field
Inner Cloister
Maybe Catacombs level 2.
The distance between waypoints is rather large already, but the alternative to search entire levels for waypoints won't make it much faster in case of having to leave, maybe even slower.
Act 2:
Maybe Dry Hills
Probably Far Oasis
Maybe Lost City
Arcane Sanctuary
Canyon of Magi
Again there's a rather large distance between each WP.
Act 3:
Maybe Spider Forest
Maybe Flayer Jungle
Maybe Lower/Bazaar/Upper Kurast
Travincal
Maybe Durance Level 2
Act 4:
All Wp's.
Act 5:
Again, only if I happen to find them.
Therefore I think it'd have been better if the game would save & exit and one would respawn where one left. This way, there'd also be no endless item runs, which I'd honestly prefer.
Edit:
What's FE?

People like games for their own reasons, I liked Diablo because you could very freely play your character. For me it's about completing the game and the cool skills. Suffice to say I never felt much for those higher difficulties, lack of randomness or linearity of the game once I found out about those.
