If I get Xaril in a pack I will be quite happy , but I won't craft him probably...
Infest looks cool (I'm even a bit afraid of it's power), especially when comboed with Unleash the Hounds and Feign Death. But it's rather a controlish card, so I hope control Hunter will be a thing, because I don't wanna see I renaissance of SMOrc Hunter (nowadays it was pushed out of the meta a bit...).
Oh and I'm recently trying out a homebrew Inspire/Spell damage Mage. With the new added slots there's room for some experimental decks. Of course it's not competetive, but I enjoy it cause it's something new and let's me try out some cards that were just sitting in my collection like Frost Giant or Dalaran Aspirant. I'm even thinking of crafting Coldarra Drake. That would be pretty much a waste of dust, but it's a Dragon (as you know I'm a collector of Dragons ) and seems fun And it's the only Dragon I don't have in my collection. Hmmm I will be buying TGT only until the end of March cause I'm planning to start gathering gold for WoG so if I don't get one in a pack maybe I really will craft it (and regret it later ).

I really think it fits in all of the hunter decks and in future ones.
Hmm... I am already collecting gold and dust. I have 1000g and a lot of dust. I bought my last packs a week ago. When TgT came out I didnt have enough gold, so I did not get that many awesome cards for launch. That will not happen this time! (and I will not pre-order!!)

PS: About Infest... I know that spiders or worms are considered Beasts in Hearthstone, but I just can't help but to laugh when I picture a Ghaz'rilla or King Crush sprawling out of a Hound when it dies

It is real, Blizzard April Fools are usually really funny. A really cool card for Paladin imho.

Well I'm a bit skeptical. Ragnaros was always a solid minion, but as the meta underwent changes it became "too RNG" for constructed. And in comparison to damage, which will do with whatever it hits (even a token ), you wanna be more precise with healing, cause you don't want to heal that Aldor when your opponents close to lethaling you...
WoG seems to really be going into control direction so he might be vaiable, but for know he's not something I would like to have as my first Legendary.

Haunted Creeper was a counter to Rag haha, yeah it was very silly. But now there are less token generators, the original Rag might see more play. Especially if they actually nerf that bgh like we speculate.
I just imagine trading it into a 5/5 (because this Rag can attack) and then it just heals himself back up every turn I would have wanted this to be Priest card though.

It's cute and all, but you know well that with Hearthstones RNG things don't go this well Seems like with the original Rag his also best played on an empty board (to heal you). Unfortunately if you're playing for the win you must reduce RNG as much as possible...
EDIT: Uh oh, the new voting on oldgods.com is up and there's sth that looks like a corrupted dragon. Guess what I've put my vote on

I voted for firebat. mostly because of the artwork
But for that Ragnaros thing.. Ben Brode said that Hearthstone is a playground and they like to play around the whole warcraft universe. I respect that. But this one is a little too far of for my taste.
That said I still don't think it is that great a card. Random minion heal
To clear something up, it can still attack right? so it is a 8 heal and 8 dmg minion right?

It's nice that they're "creative" but I'd rather see Legendary cards like Genn Greymane or Therazane straight from the lore then corrupted variants of half-assed Legendaries like this:
Mukla was not a favourite since the start. And this is just boring... I hope they're not planning on corrupting each and every trash tier Legendary released so far...
EDIT: There seems to be a lot of stuff going on with WoG this week. another old god art has been released (looks sick!), the votings plus some art leaks (Cho'gall for instance). Can't wait!

I agree with you and all the guys over at hearthpwn - This is just boring and dumb. So yes give us Therezane instead or something like that.
And yeah the leaked art is pretty awesome. I believe we will see Cho'Gall for this expansion just hope they do not ruin him.
And that old god isn't that Y'Shaar? The one featured in Pandaria expansion?

Mukla art is uninspiring at best... yawn. Had he been 5 mana I would have tried to use him in Elize deck, save those 2 bananas to make 2 extra Legendaries in the endgame but alas. The meta can't become that slow.

I just can't belive this "s*it"...
Today I opened probably my second last pack in TGT (cause I plan to buy TGT packs only until end of March as you know). Because I recently opened Chillmaw I thought that was the last hoorah of my TGT Pity Timer, so I didn't expect much to happen anymore. Well guess what, I was wrong... I unpacked Rhonin today
And I really wanted him (even thought of crafting him), he's such a cool card, although unplayed in current meta...
With all the things that happened to me with recent TGT packs (the flood of Epics in all sizes, in the past month I unpacked like one Epic per 3 packs) I can say this: if I ever snow about my luck in this game, just slap me in the face please No, really slap me in the face!
PS: Oh, and yesterday I unpacked Mulch, which I also didn't have
PS 2: Counting the days till Secret Pala dies naturally...
PS 3: Did you see the new Priest card revealed by Tom60229? Seems interesting. Aggro killer and great synergy with Deathrattle maybe?

Hear hear! I actually have a decent winrate against it with my CW which I currently play but I still loathe it... Most losses are simply unwinnable, no matter what I had done. That is cancer in all it's might.

Well we don't know the new meta, but it seems worse than Excavated Evil which already isn't all that impressive. Shrinkmaister is gone also, like wtf. Where is the synergy It sounds like a tech card against Zoo, I am not impressed... Holy Nova also deals with this low minion stuff, overlap much?
Edit: But maybe Blizzard is being smart... by making Priest a SUPER class against aggro, it will mean mean that ladder can _never_ be overrun by it. That is assuming people actually change classes when they play tough.

They seem to be really pushing for control in this expansion, at least when looking on the cards they revealed so far...
I just hope they don't overdo it. I hate aggro and face decks, but some players enjoy faster games, and when I don't have time I'd rather face a Face Hunter (pun intended) then a Priest or CW...
Excavated Evil is a bad card. I've tested it and it does more harm to you then help. "Horror" may at least be played on turn 3-4 to clear zoo, whereas 5 mana Holy Nova is usually too late to make a difference...

I actually like it, sure it needs a helping hand but that is not too hard to come by. For instance with inner fire you get a 8/8 (16/8 if they don't immediately kill it) minion for 7 mana
Plus any dragon is helpful to a dragon deck. The more options the better.

I really like the unique stats and unique ability. It needs support cards for sure to make it good, but with just an Inner fire this Dragon attacks harder than anyone.

First I was like bleh...
But the more I think about it, the more uses I see for Nightmare Dragon.
I imagine it in my favourite deck, Dragon Paladin. With Dragon Consort it's kinda a better bet then playing Hungry Dragon imo, cause I've had a few games when that summoned 1 drop gave me a hard time (a Taunt for instance). Plus it's resistant to, let's say, Fireball, and HD is not. ND costs 4 mana with Consort, so you can drop it with a Blessing of Might for 5, Seal of Champions for 7 or even the dreamy Blessing of Kings for 8. And if not handled correctly ND becomes an insta threat. That just uses up opponents removals which could've been used on my fat Dragons that come in the next turns So another Dragon for the decks snowballing effect.
People dislike this card cause nobody plays Dragon Paladin, but they seem to forget that Paladin has Consort+cheap buffs. They throw gimmicky ideas to use him him in Rouge etc (because Cold Blood). It's not too shaby in Dragon Priest also...
There's that new 2 atk aggro destroyer Priest thingy plus Cabal, but I think it's not that hard to buff ND immidiately with a cheap buff to save him from a hostile takeover
PS: Oh great, Paladin is getting another annoying tool in the form of 'Steward of Darkshire'... goodbye SP welcome Murloc Paladin...

Nah most Murlocks have 2 attack at least. But this in combination with Stand Against Darkness though summons 5 1/1 minions with Divine Shield to cause headache for your opponent
