you're actually lower than all the trolls that have been attacking HC combined.
You need a little time out herring.
What Elvin needs to get is a good lawyer for starters to help him in all the legal matters. I'd say abduct Omega for this and educate him in greek law wether he likes it or not.
I have actually lost my home half a year ago, but of different reasons That Elvin is facing right now. So a person who knows how all this legal system works is a good contact to have.
to bad that those greencoat swines aren't tried right now and their badges taken away, but we're working on it.
What Elvin needs to do is to show that no one snows with him.

I too think it would be a good idea to cover the bases regarding potential legal actions that may come (though I wouldn't be surprised if you already have done this..). In my country we've lawyers who'll look over cases for free and maybe you've the same? In that case you'll know someone you can contact if need be.

the "Free legal help services" of Lithuania for example suck ass.
All those lawyers are floppy law school failures who have no interest in helping you at all and are arrongant little sons of beaches.
A fine example where a colleague of mine struggled in an inheritance fraud case with such a "free" lawyer. best offer she had was 10k out of 50k that is her portion of inheritance money. It's a complicated matter, and I don't know all the details, but she managed to find a good lawyer and agreed on the price that she could afford. now it's all running smoothly.
turning to those free lawyers funded by the goverment is not the best idea.

I'm sorry to hear your friend went through that. I didn't know the back slash from free lawyers, I myself have never used them, I only know that a lot of people in my country can't afford a lawyers salary and use them. I don't know how the cases went though.

this is only my expirience with them, but basically that kind of service is like a lottery. Either you win the jackpot or you don't.
Another good example is the custody case of my half-brother. supposedly with the illness my mom has she isn't eligible to raise a child. but however the law is always on the mother side, so yea the lawyer "forgot" to file those.
a good thing that I managed to screw up the process by saying that she has issetic sclerosis and can't take care of it. then, the process was moved "behind closed doors" as I was not a how should I say it... not really sure. well, basically I wasn't fighting for the custody, just wanted to help my stepdad who actually managed to recover from being a trainwreck drunk. But Lithuanian court system is rotten to the snowing core, so yea, tough luck. no matter how abusive the mother is the custody will always go to her in such cases, even if the child says that s/he wants to live with dad. nice huh.
A good thing I know a few great lawyers here, so I'm spared of the painful and frustrating processes of going through imbeciles. Plus my wife is graduated from law school, which is nice. she can represent people in their place either if they're in bad health or have weak nerves to deal with such crap.
another really good tip is to show that you mean business. even going to the extreme.
Right now one of my problems is to get the custody of my niece which was taken from my brother in law by french authorities. There wasn't any work done, it was stalled or the officers were lazy snowing slackers, so in one phonecall with my wife I said jokingly that if our niece isn't returned to us, then I will block all the roads, amass a riot and blow up the french embassy. It worked like a snowing charm. still it takes time.
So yea, Elvin, grab a bull by the balls. Do it.

well, it happens that children aren't totally clueless. though that's probably not very frequent. but the way Herry speaks makes me doubt he is only like 10 years old.

Sorry to hear about your father, Elvin. I cannot imagine what it must have been like to both deal with financial issues on top of the mourning.
Makes me glad to hear that things are somewhat returning to normal for you though.

Oh Elvin! I'm so sorry to hear what you've been going through! 
I know I have been absent for a long long time, but I have been checking in now every day since I lost my powers - and will make sure I keep doing so. If you ever need to rant or rave, or just talk about nonsense to keep your mind off the tough days send me a hcm
