sorry man, i won't have the time necessary to flesh out any characters/backstory/ongoing story. i've gotta get a job in less than 2 weeks, and it'll probably take all of my time. even if it doesn't, i've got all of the graphic work to do(which is more and more all the time).

Anyway... time to make a character. >_>
Name: Jeth Jerod
Alias: Nightstar
Race: Dhampire (Half-vampire)
Age: 22
Appearance: Jeth is a distinctly average man in every respect besides his pure white eyes. Other than that, and his wardrobe, perfectly normal! Oh right, his wardrobe... he wears a thick wool cloak, light grey in coloration, that's maintained to the point where it seems to be almost new. This cloak his held together by a golden star brooch. Below that, the dhampire's outfit is almost pure white, and he wears a noble's outfit... though on this one, the dust of travel shows more clearly, giving it more of a sandy tint, though this dusting is light enough that it still looks white at night (hence the alias). This color scheme even extends to his cloves! His boots are just a regular brown, as white leather isn't really a thing... though he does have a pair of white silken slippers, for more stealth-oriented missions.
Backstory: Born of a dark ritual between death and life, Jeth herp a derpa derp. Basically, there was a program where a few vampire lords tried to make sleeper agents, it failed, and poof, we got a Jeth. He stabs things that deserve copious amounts of stabbing (and even some that don't).
Powers: Without drinking any blood, Jeth has only slightly above average physical abilities, and he does not require sleep... however, once he's drained a humanoid of all the vital fluids in their body, the Dhampire taps into its heritage, and becomes much stronger and faster. He can bend lesser craven minds to his purpose, call upon raves, vermin and wolves to do his bidding, and can only be damaged by the greatest of blows. For about an hour. And then he gets hungover, and has to recover by sleeping for eight hours afterwords, uninterrupted, while his body repairs the damage of the overdrive.
Weaknesses: While sunlight does not kill him, it does blind him immediately. As well, he may not enter any consecrated land, and he has a terrible fear of any running water, to the point where he will only cross if there is dire need. Just like a normal vampire, a stake to the heart can kill him... though that's true for everyone. Finally, in his dormant recovery state, nothing will wake Jeth up, not even mortal peril or someone dumping ice water down his pants.
Items: A short sword, a brace of throwing knives, A book of dark derp magic that he has NO idea how to use (but which contains the dhampire creation ritual), a book of recipies for different kinds of fruit and tropical dishes, a mithril chain shirt that Jeth always wears under his cloak... and a quill and journal. Oh, and clothes. Can't forget the extra clothes.
