What a great game. Started off really exciting and I would say even, but then it turned for the worst for Spain. Poor Spain.
Hope we'll see more of this Holland, but more importantly less of this Spain.

5-1, and they got off easy Spain was due a humiliating defeat. Personally, I hope they pull a France and don't get past the group stage. Long shot, but hey, anything can happen. ____________

Also, initially I thought it was pen to Costa, but after watching the repetition from another angle it's clear it wasn't. There were some wrong calls from the refs, but nothing that'd had changed the game.

So, now Spain can't get into playoffs just by themselves. IF both Netherlands and Chile win against Australia, and Chile beats Netherlands by small margin (like 1-0) Spain would be out I guess?
That'd mean next match (Chile - Australia) is actually pretty damn important....go Australia!

Also, if Spain wins with 3 against Chile and Chile wins with 1 against Netherlands (which I don't think will happen, btw.), then Spain is at -1, Chile is at -2 and Spain is through.

True, but right now I don't see how on Earth Spain would win with +3 against Chile, seems like an impossible task.
