well there is a uplay longe as one of the sections in Uplay if you have installed it on pc .. but i cant start it anyhow .. i think we can watch it online and ask them questions through this

Why are they sticking to a high count of Magic Schools (seven) with a very low number of spells per school when viable options have proven successful before? (H5 Schools)
I'd be very grateful if you managed to get an answer to that Q

well if we cant ask them through Uplay as I thought (and waited for  ) can you ask them about modding and if it is possible to create specializations based on level, or if they plan to do them later ? And also if we can mod the game mechanics ?

I agree completely, I probably explained myself poorly. I like the multiplayer in Heroes, I think that you are correct comparing it to backgammon. I have nothing against them trying to streamline it as long as they don't sacrifice gameplay to do so.
HoMM 6 had a more accessible multiplayer but they sacrificed a lot to do so. I am just afraid that they are going to far with trying to make MMH7 a competitive game. Factions that are just skins over the same units, a skill tree designed to make every single freakin game play out the exact same way, heroes given classes so that you can only make a hero according to their guidelines and not yours, giving heroes lackluster specials so that there is no clearly superior hero, even cutting down on the number of spells so that you always get what you need (though this might also be the fault of poor imagination).
I may be wrong but I am afraid that they are putting way too much stock in multiplayer and balance and sacrificing gameplay to do so. Just my two cents.

I dont understand this at all 
1. We cant ask them any questions to answer without meeting them live at Cologne ? No twitch show, nothing ?
2. Will there be any videos from the show after it ends ?
If answer to both is NO, what is all this about then ?

Yes, you could play duells with dungeon against necro, sylvain and stronghold. As soon as im home and at my pc ill write all i can remember.

Well, since most of the comments here are highly subjective and worthless I would skip most as I usually do. But I wouldn't mind to see some dungeon creatures in action a day early.
