PS. I got a feeling that this game, in terms of easter eggs, get a lot of inspiration from... The Sims. The loading screen in Beta section is definitely inspired by The Sims loading screen and that bonus Llama mount just screams "The Sims" (Sims' devs have some bizzare llama obsession.)

Unlock artifact pack? It made some sense when they were tied to your account and were able to level up, but unlocking artifacts that don't even do that is a pretty dumb reward.

It seems this is the devs' intention. Not that I approve of it... but it might be just time to start creating custom content.
Though this does not give any excuse about the current issues of game mechanics.

So the "unlockable" artifacts will be same or different from "exclusive" artifacts that those who pre-order get..? Or those of pre-order just save some 10 ubi points..? And heroes had something extra as pre-order too, so that's also one of these "unlockable" things..?
PS Why on earth would they waste resources on making bobble-head models or extra Llama mount or even funny animations when they could've given unique animations and skins to actual units or at least improve some of them?!? Great prioritizing 
(And I do realize the bobble-head is most likely just scaled up head with nothing different, but given that their scales on units suck so bad, was this really something that took priority..?)

I don't think so. These 6 artifacts are for sure different thaan the ones available in preorder.
