Why waste those models? Move all of them to H7. Noone plays H6, who cares where they originate from.

Compare the figures of H VI with those of H VII
and you'll see that if no one plays H VI, no one minus a couple is playing H VII.

I think that the current quota is for half the units per faction to be reused, or re-imagined. So for Inferno the reused units are the succubus, Juggernaut and probably the pit lord and cerberus. The rest will be new units, like the efreet and i guess, the return of the imp and Devil.
Edit: Also, i think it common sense to give us an expansion with two factions since the Inferno Faction is allready 1/5 into the game or will be added by reused assets. The Fortress faction will be made from scratch like the Sylvan was. But i will consider it a mockery to not include Inferno in the expansion as well since half of it will be reused.

We are expecting with the expansions to have more polish as well. even if they reuse all the assets i don't care the more the better if they manage to fix it. The hope die last.....

Problem is H7 has pissed a big chunk of the fanbase and H6 had disappointed most fans already. There is only so much patience you can expect from the fanbase. As far as quality goes, H7 can theoretically become pretty good. The question is whether people would still be around to keep supporting it or they would move on to more appealing titles.

Elvin, you know I agree with you regarding a lot of things, but the devs stated themselves they won't rework the core of the game. So we can theorise all we want, when confronted to such bad will what can be done? At best we will get a mediocre working game.

This is a true as bright as radiant glory (eh... light elemental).
But as long as there is any hope for Heroes, I will do my best to keep it and improve it.

If H5 and H7 were computers a release
Heroes 5 would be this, a computer with some problems. However with some tweaking, changing a part or two and perhaps adding a few parts you would have a pretty good computer:
Heroes 7 on the other hand is this, you can patch as much as you'd like, it will never work as it should. You're better off getting a new one.
