I don't know whether the units in the artwork are up-to scale, but the Rakshasa seems a bit small while the dog from heaven seems way too large.
Scale is all over the place, but Rakshasas and Wolves are the biggest (and smallest) culprits.

Sea elves as a neutral unit would be nice, although with the large amount of elves already in the game something else would be even better.
Sea elves as faction however I won't like. We already have the naga for the sea domain and enough elves as it is. No, I would like the dwarves please.

i' just waiting for a game to realize dwarves and dark elves are the same beings in their mytology of origin. that would would certainly twist a few heads and be very welcome/fun.

Wallpapers show the factions in all their glory. I must say that this "darker" Haven looks really nice, though I can seem to find how it fits the "Ivan, save the Empire!" setting. They look more like witch-hunters to me.
Oh and the scale is off the charts. That Rakshasa looks like a cute mascot, not an imposing beast 
And from the note about their "project" we can assume that beta is coming...

In my opinion this huge project may be skill system. It is a vital part of game and there is a lot of pressure to make it as good or even better than in Heroes V.
