Ask them about spell combination! I'm sure I heard something about it somewhere.
Or if not that, how are they going to fill all the 7 schools of magic with relevant spells? And how many of them, approximately?

Why in Heroes 7 you decided to use the simple system of creature upgrades which is criticized rather often by the players because with not upgraded creatures nobody want to play. For example you take alternate building for champions, but only. Don't you think to use this way for a one more unit from core or elite and do this for different tiers on each factions? Also, some units can be without upgrades at all, some have one alternate upgrade.

Is there going to be one 'main' hero as in Heroes 6 (the only one who could gain reputation), or is it going to be more like Heroes 3 (all heroes can be equal)? I would really prefer latter

How many mastery levels do skills have and will there be any restrictions depending on class? Like Might heroes not being able to get max Fire Magic and Magic heroes Offense, for example.

- Castle construction, creature growth !!!
- Hero classes
- More on the Skillwheel, poll about random or not or both is here
- Boarding/landing penalty, according to this poll stats of loosing no mvt are really little.
- More on the town portal, will it takes a Hero's competence to use it as he wish ?
- RMG ?
- Will we see more dragons ?

- How many neutrals (estimated)
- How many dragons (estimated)
- Are the townscreens we've seen so far final, or are they subject to change?
- Are they planning some Conflux functions: unlockables, achievements etc. (Personally I hope they won't include any of this)
- Will there be hero specialties? Will they try to enhance them in any way, for instance giving each hero a unique skill tree, abilities etc? Or will we get a traditional +1 Atk/Def for goblins bonus etc...
- Will bosses have preset armies?
- And, of course, any bits of information they can share with us...

We know nothing about Tech Trees, so could we get some information about them?
And would it be possible for alternative upgrades(like in H5) to come back or perhaps through the Tech Trees?

By asking this questions I hope for some bits of information, not answers in the form of: "Neutrals, yeah there will be neutrals".
Of course they won't give answers, but the same goes for almost every aspect of the game (it's still in development afterall).
By asking those question I hope for them to spill some beans...
Besides, from what I've read (maybe there is another Q&A somewhere that I didn't read):
3. They've only showed as art/demo so far they didn't say anything about them being final.
4. They've only said that the game will be playable offline.
5. Nothing about hero specialities.

I think I know more things than Ubi released info on
Searching for that 16 august gamescom interview with Erwan, maybe he said it there. If not, then I don't remember
Ok, I can't give you confirmed info on those questions, but here:
3. Towns screens are not final.
4. There won't be conflux, there will only be Uplay achievements and unlockables.
5. Heroes will have a speciality like in H5. Classes will have their own skillwheel.

2. Is H7 the last Heroes game to be set in the past, before H5? In other words, will future Heroes games continue H5/Dark Messiah story?

I would really like to know what kind of priority sim turns has in development. As someone who plays almost exclusively multiplayer, that kind of decision can make or break the game for me. In addition, I was wondering if they are planning to have heroes be a separate 'unit' who has a turn (like a creature, similar to homm v) or if they will be able to act during any friendly creature's turn.
Edit: oh and I forgot! Will we be able to set up our units at the start of battle without tactics? That's something I really appreciated about homm v, since that skill seems like a necessity otherwise.

2. In H6 creatures got very high HP values and lots of abilities. This, coupled with easy and fast access to resurrection (for all factions) lengthened the combat a lot. What can we expect of this in Heroes 7?

Sure you read this on CH:
Xavier Penin: The motto for the battle system in H7 is less abilities, more tactics. We want dynamic battles with movement, risk and sacrifices. We want to encourage offense and reward smart placement of units and use of space. Also, we want to strongly emphasize each faction's battle style, through faction skills but also creature stats and abilities.
