Poll Question: Which Phoenix Do You Want to See?
Which phoenix would you prefer in Heroes 7?
1. A more traditional phoenix
2. A primarily blue (maybe with some silver) phoenix
3. An earthy, plant-inspired phoenix
4. Something different? Please explain, of course.
Feel free to share pictures as examples.

Traditional please. Dave is correct though, it's probably already been decided.

I voted for the plant-inspired one. Although we already know the upgrade will definately be a moonix, we know nothing about the look of an unupgraded one

Traditional all the way, if you want to change it, just come up with a different name.

i won't go smart on you and say "none" when this thread is for the phoenix lovers.
so IF we end up with a phoenix in the line up i vote for "other"
the blue one will be too identical with H6, thus making no sense, and the plant inspired one ,although it's a nice design, in the end it doesn't read phoenix at all. not every bird is a phoenix.
i would go a simple feathered bird, mostly white, with blue-ish shining hues at the edges.
a completely blue bird will be very bland.

You know, the Phoenix that is ON FIRE, like it SHOULD be.

Traditional Phoenix.
Though I admit I like the blue one too.

Phoenixes don't burn forests in HoM&M games.

I voted for blue, but I do not mind the colour, it can be anything as long as it is well designed.

A traditional, majestic Phoenix would be awesome.
If we had to stick to a blue one, at least make it feel really impressive. And different fromm Magic Birds, of course

cool! i was gonna do this but i had to go work. i'm glad you did it.
i want phoenix to look connected to sylvan, moon and sun are just atrological objects, i find them irrelevant to nature, esspecially moon.
my idea: phoenix can represent cycles in nature.
cycles of matter, cycles of energy, it constantly changes from one thing to another.
when it attacks, its wings spread fire while his body becomes ice at it same time.
when it gets it, his skin turns to crystals of hardest matter(rocks? ashan crystal things?) in the same time its heart fills with whirling waters.
when it dies its body dissapears leaving only to ashes and a column of smoke, right after then smoke strikes to earth where it died, and from the ground it rises as a seed, but it gives birth to phoenix again.
when just standing still, it becomes flesh and feather like a normal being, representing middle condition of every matters and every kinds of energies in all ashan.
normal look: a colourful beatiful bird, covered with reflective-non.reflective-transperant feathers. emerald, gem-like green eyes.
upgraded look: colors dance on his feathers, flows one to another, colors constantly transfer there to here. his eyes now glow white representing he is the mix of all colors.

no need for that option, but the question should be rephrased with a fat "if" somewhere

Turns out I should have double-checked before posting: it's actually the basic version that would be silvery, not the upgrade.
