Poll Question:
Necro elites: Would you like a change?
The Limbic team recently revealed the Elite tier of Necropolis, which is surprisingly EXACT the same as in H6, the same models, only recolored texture.
I personally don't like the design of the h6 necropolis and I believe that just copy-pasting them into h7 is just a cheap move they thought would go unnoticed. The lich is again the Uncle Fester wannabe, the vampire is again an Arthas carbon-copy, while the Lamassu still has its non-undead hag-face.
My question is: Should we put pressure on the devs in order to get a better necro elite tier or at least have these reworked?
We want liches, not b1tches!

The elites are a lazy effort. I absolutely hate them. I did so in H6 and I do so now. It's even worse now since it's just a color change, and a big disappointment after the quality of Haven and Academy.
But will our voice matter? I don't think so, since the models are almost finished.

Elites? No. Rebuild the entire faction from the scratch. Skeletons and Reapers may stay if the models end up tweaked. This is a slap in the face to all the fans.

Well, it IS a cheap move. But, I voted for 1-2 to change, cause Ubi would never change all three of them...
I say again I'm with you about the Liches, but surely I definitely hate Lamassus (as I did in H6). If there was a miracle to happen, I'd like them out (yeah I like to dream...).
If they cannot be changed by ANYTHING else, I'd then go for a drastic change in b1t...ahhhhh sorry... Liches AND "freshly undergone plastic surgery" Vamps.

You can say the same about Skeletons (althrough they got new textures), Ghosts and Bone Dragons (also updated textures).
I would change Lamasu for Mummy and for sure get rid of H6 Lich desing - good (bad?  ) old bonehead is always better choise.
Vampire... I prefer H2-4 classic look but I think their H5-6 desing is not that bad... just change his sword fro something normal.
BTW - it's Lamasu.

What I find surprising is people being surprised when this was said several days ago:

Mostly the same, but these are exactly the same. When he said mostly, I took it as at least some minor differences in armor, or weapon. You know, like the skeleton... But this is just a color change.

Yes. All of them.
They're better than H6, yes. Though it's hard to make something worse than it.
Lamasu... How they survived so many centuries??? Wizards made more of them for their "colleages"?
Liches are at least a little rotten. But those spider legs?..
Vampires... I'm not agaisnt armor. I'm not against cape. I'm against that guitar-sword!
Except Lamasu, I agree on Lich and Vampire but with cosmetic changes.
But putting pressure on devs hardly will do something at all.

My God, another pointless poll in just a couple days. Do you guys really think 20 people will make the devs scrap everything?! This is not a "tell me what kind of game do you want" scenario, it's already a miracle the Heroes series lasted this long...

They didn't do anything new in the necro elite to have what to scrap to begin with
