Mana feed does not depend on the number of druids. They just transfer their own mana to the hero.
Channeling depends on the number of druids. The curve is logarythmic so at some point the bonus grows very very slow but I dont know the specifics.

When I click on the save files link it tells me that the user has not granted access to me. So I click on "Request access".
This means you will get a message (probably in the form of e-mail or google notification?) that someone has requested access and if you are willing to grant it.
So you have to find that message and grant me access otherwise I am not able to download the files.

Mana Feed does depend on the number of druids in a stack, druid one-stacks can't transfer more than 1 mana from their pool per cast.

Favorite Heroes 5.5 Heroes....
A few opinions on heroes I like the best from Heroes 5.5:
Dungeon:
Yrwanaa: Best Dungeon might hero hands down. High value talents: War Machines->Tent (Keep blood fury numbers up), Morale + Aura of Swiftness (Maximize Blood Fury turns), Attack->Tactics, Retribution. It is critical that your blood furies reach the opposing stack in one turn and then get a second attack before the opponent moves. Grab dark->vampirism for your red dragons later.
If you build Yrwanna right, she can accomplish amazing creeping feats for a might hero, like breaking Archangel impossible stacks before week 4.
Raelag: Definitely the best magic hero for dungeon. Initiative suppression really helps in all aspects, allowing him more time to manipulate the battle with Dark, Destruction, and Summoning spells. Low level dark spells like Slow and Sorrow are particularly effective with Raelag.
Fortress:
Karli: It used to be that Ingvar dominated fortress, but with Charge rune at a higher spell level (and more expensive), dwarves aren't what they once were. I personally like Karli, because he really helps with the main problem of fortress: early game creeping. Granted, harpooners are not a good unit, but with Karli and a decent talent build, they get good enough to get you to the end game where you can start leveraging your higher tier runes.
Academy:
Havez: Havez is the "Duh" best might hero for Academy. Gremlins, in general, are good units, so enhancing them is nice, but not amazing. What makes Havez special is that his hero special and artificer combine to make gremlins super-units. Initiative, Health, and Attack artificer artifacts allow gremlins to actually supersede your Titans in terms of power. Having said that, Havez can sometimes struggles in the mid game with weak spells and no access to sorcery, but early and late, he's dominant.
Jhora: Jhora is just an all around solid hero. Windspeaker plays into what Academy does best: manipulate the battlefield with lots of spells. Windspeaker allows her to beat her opponent's hero turn and his high init creatures, which is critical to winning the battle. Jhora, in general, is good at taking what the map gives her, and maximizing it to the fullest.
Sylvan:
Might: Wyngaal, Ossir, and Anwen are all great, but if I had to pick for consistently good, I'd take Ossir, as he's good at all points in the game (enhancing your best unit stack is never a bad thing). Anwen is more of a "win more" hero if you want to see crazy damage numbers. Wyngaal is superior in hero battles.
Magic: None of the Sylvan magic heroes stand out.
Necromancer:
Sandro: Let's face it: your necro units suck. Therefore, you need spell power, and a lot of it. Sandro is going to have about 4-5 spellpower more at end game. Doesn't sound like much, but when combined with 50% damage enhance artifacts, its enough to make your destruction spells quite dangerous. He was better before the Occultism nerf, but he is still decent.
Lucretia: Necro simply isn't a very good might faction because their units are weak and they lack morale and have mediocre initiative. However, Lucretia does give them a fighting chance. The more powerful vampire stack forces your opponent to spend opportunity cost killing the vampires when he could be attacking your wights.
Stronghold:
Gorshack: Gorshack is powerful enough that playing with him vs other Barbarian heroes is like playing an entirely different faction. More powerful centaurs and starting initiative (especially when centaurs get to shoot opponent's best units first) makes you far, far more dangerous than any other barbarian hero. Have Warlords standing next to them, and order/word of chief them constantly to turn them into a devastating machine gun.
All the other barbarian heroes are poor compared to Gorshack.
Inferno:
Jezebeth: Inferno really has an issue early game without a quality missile unit (Succubi simply come in too few numbers to be effective). Jezebeth helps with that early, and succubi chain shot can become extremely dangerous with her late game. The main weakness here is the average initiative for succubus, making them vulnerable to opposing missile units. I also like that her Gatekeeper class emphasizes the stats (attack and spellpower) and perks that are popular for high level play.
Other demon heroes offer alright stuff, but nothing compared to the raw power Jezebeth offers with creeping and late game chain shot.

I was able to download the map and the saves, but the saves could not be opened. i don't know why, probably not twidel's fault.
In any case I just started testplaying it, and noticed after about 4 weeks a weird cursor flickering bug occurs. it is not related to H55 scripts since it persisted even if I switch them off entirely. It is probably in source code.
I have not encountered AI crash yet, but it can be so slow it feels like it. I have never encountered these issues before, probably because I never play 8p 24town maps.

It is however also possible the RMG made mistakes when building the 320x320 UG map, the RMG seem to require higher system specs to create larger maps, since i have received reports of people being unable to make such maps. i will try to make new 320x320 map and see if similar issues occur.

Waiting for what? if there is a crash there is no point in waiting.
So in your case the game freezes? I have tried another impossible map but the game doesn't crash or freeze with me, AI turns just become very slow. I think it is not recommended to play in windowed mode or switch to windows or open the task manager, under this amount of strain you are only pushing the game to become non-responsive. If you have a monster PC great, but sometimes with heroes games newer OS and hardware can cause more trouble than older for which it was made. Considering the fact there is no further reporting on this issue I can only guess either nobody else is playing maps this much heavy or there is something with your PC that Quantomas AI doesn't like.
