I looked a bit in the thread, someone posted this link, which may or may not be of interest to you. I'm not really sure if that's the one you're talking about, but I had to try...
EDIT: I'm downloading it and I'll see if it's the one you're looking for.

Here you go, updated link. I didn't really see a reason for the h3sprites and Fonts mod folders, because when I tested, they didn't change anything. That link contains the mod that is the same(or almost the same) as the one you requested. I found the original link on the other thread, so I decided I would upload it to a faster, more reliable and english file sharing service. 
Edit: If I did anything wrong, I apologize. Though, looking at the images, I think there might be some differences, but nothing major... I hope

OMG, I had been dowloaded it, but how does it work kswdiy??
And I tried to open it with MMArchire, It get error because cann't read font.

Phamlocace, it wouldn't cross your mind to change chinese fonts to europeans, so MM archive can open it? Rename the main folder to "chinese mod", then the subfolders to "mod1" and "mod2".
Now Mmarchive opens them.

You are right.It must to rename to english fonts or other your System can identify.

About cheap: I agree but with nuance. One must know today that such projects (even if still answered or updated today) are several years old, and the process of importing graphics in H3-at a large scale- started in ~2009. Before that, no one did graphics or mods using graphics. So, just because today you have Hota, it doesn't mean the graphical work before is to throw away. It still takes a lot of time to convert and import and people do it because they want to share with others their vision of the game.
