Sanctuary line-up vote (for fun)
Remember the old days where we teared eachother to pieces over which lineup should be selecte? That was the good days. I honor of those "glorious" days I took the time to put this little poll together.
Sharkguard/Wanizame
Melee tank with a enrage and wounding abilities.
Coral Priestess/Pearl priestess
Ranged support with healing ability.
Kappa/Kappa Shoya
Water Spirit with leaping ability. Melee.
Kitsune/Kitsune Tsuki
Duel form melee/ranged support.

Shalassa's guardians is definitely the best!
Although kappa instead of shark guard would be the best indeed

That's a tough one. All have something I like and dislike. I hate shark which is in all line-ups
I guess I would still have to go with Shalassa's Guardians despite the shark, nymph and kirin. My ideal line-up from your creatures would be:
Core
Kappa/Kappa Shoya
Coral Priestess/Pearl Priestess
Kitsune/kitsune Tsuki
Elite
Kenshi/Kensei
Snow Maiden/Yuki Onna
Hippocampus/Ocean Hippocampus
Champion
Sea Serpent/Dragon Eel(would prefer real Kraken though)

Id like to see a defensive, more monstrous/insectile sanctuary with a fortress/swamp inspiration:
Core
Kappa/Kappa Shoya (looking more "toady" and menacing)
lizard men/lizard warrior (spear throwers or slingers)
Serpent fly/dragon fly
Elite
Kenshi/Kensei (inspired by the Shinje warrior card from DoC)
Cokatrice (with swampy watery features, raptor like)
Waspworth (ranged plant creature, lots of vines and barbs)
Champion
Giant mantis (inspired by H4)
Giant Crab/Krakinos (dark and covered with moss)
Warfare units
Support: Spring spirit (giving defensive buffs like in H6)
Attack: Spikey turtle like creature with a handler that forces it to spit corrosive acid

@Properkheldar: I'd rather see the insect/fortress/Swamp theme outside sanctuary.
I voted pearls of the jade ocean of the 3 lineups, because itmost fitted my wish ... although I would much rather see kirin than that sea sserpent.

guardians 'cause no kappa.
maybe put lizardmen in there? Eh, I don't know. they all feel too limiting but that's more criticism on the voting system which was just taken from the H7 ones so whatever.
