I think that a new thread should be created for what we considerto be "missing features", like right-click rotation, limited number of abilities per skill in random skill system, etc. This thread should focus on bugs and balance, no more.

1. Experience gain is too big from battles
in CB2 I got level 10 by end of week 2 on normal difficulty level on the map Fire and Blood. That was possible before only on special maps.
Yesterday I tried this map again with the easy mode(3 native heroes) and now I beat them on Heroic and can become level 13+ first week with just 10 battles.
Battles were moderate for multiplayer veterans. I can`t make a decent multiplayer map with this experience gain. Heroes will become level 30 end of week 2. It doesn`t help that the AI is extremely dumb so I must rely on quantity of neutral monsters to make it challenging. It becomes like a circle.
dumb AI => need more monsters => more exp gain(big hero level)=>
trumps dumb AI === SUPER DUMB GAME
2. 3 native heroes in tavern
3. Dumbest AI in heroes franchise...really they should advertise it along with the most complete experience in heroes franchise..
+ AI knows how to flank and moves in a position so that it cannot be fully flanked
- when AI faces single 1s and a stack of 20 it should attack the bigger stack, now it attacks always the 1s. I was used to hide to bigger stack now there is no need.
- AI should always target shooters with their shooters or at least not single 1s every time.
- When AI blocks itself or can`t reach this turn it shouldn`t go backwards but defend

- It doesn't know how to cross a bridge. Yesterday I had a stack of Earth Elementals parading on its side of the battlefield, unable to cross the bridge separating the two halves of the battlefield. By the time it found out how to cross over, my Hero had demolished the stack for the most part;
- I was able to play the game of lure and bait with an enemy stack, by moving Cores on opposite sides. The AI always seemed to prefer the closest stack. In the mean time, my Shooters were turning it into a pin cushion;
- Units tend to move sideways instead of advancing, even if there's room to do so;

In battles:
- Sometimes my unit could move only backwards, and movement returned to normal when I attacked with a hero first.
- On the tactics phase, sometimes one of my units disappeared from the battlefield but wasn't visible at the unit selection boxes either.
- Some of the creature special abilities did not work as intended every time. For example, when my Harpy did a "strike and return" attack, sometimes my Gnolls attacked the target too, but not most of the times.
I'll edit more here as I play more.

Yes, AI should always advance towards your shooters.

After each battle my hero regained ALL movement points back!
I didn't waste time to reproduce the defect, but it's a pretty fat one );

How is the multiplayer? Did you guys try a multiplayer game over the net? Does it work nicely, or do you guys get the same bug as with heroes 6, a desync, game kick out every 2 weeks or so? One review on Steam says he gets kick out of games every 10 days in game.

I'll write down all the bugs I've encountered tomorrow, as for now I'm going to get some sleep. Nothing too important (there were no crashes except one when I turned the web browser on ,) only a couple of "hiccups" that, despite being small, still need fixing.
PS. I play on laptop with Windows 10 (64 bit.) Guess I'm lucky.

(*) Hero and creatures rotations are still clunky and slow, oftentimes appearing like they units are side walking or moonwalking even.
(*) Vampires do not heal all the time and other creatures' abilities don't trigger as well.
(*) Weird one, summoned 10 earth elementals and cycloned them along with some other enemy creatures. 13 landed down. Cyclone has no animation.
(*) Sounds for creatures stop completely at increased speed. Town themes also stop from time to time for no apparent reason.
(*) Artificial Ineptitude, please fix.

I just said they don't.
Meanwhile, Week of Frost (Creatures receive -3 movement for 3 turns if they did not move in their turn.) turns shooters into glaciers in combat.

Logic seems to be "I don't move, hence why I am a glacier".

* Warfare Skill that gives multiple attacks can work in weird ways with combo-Warmachines (for instance, Strongholds' Dreamweaver, which acts as both a Healing Tent and a Ballista). Normally, you can first attack and then Heal, or Heal first and then attack.
When you have multi-attack, you can see your units getting highlighted during the second attack, as if it is supposed to switch to the Healing function. However, after the attacks are done, the Healing part is skipped. If you heal first, it does work and you can subsequently use it to attack multiple times.
* On the second stronghold map, I had a floating Centaur stack somewhere near the first Oasis, floating up high out of reach.
* When you load a game after triggering the Oasis sequence, the chain is broken and reset to the first one on the adventure map - but the quest does keep internal track of where it is in the sequence. After loading and triggering that first Oasis again, I got the next text in the sequence instead of the first one and on reaching the next one, I got dropped into the hidden valley.
* ALT+TAB is very prone to crash the game. I've experienced 3 crashes tonight, all three when I ALT+TABed to my desktop. The first one was a pretty hard one, locking up my computer completely, forcing me to hard reboot my system.
* I had the same Week of Frost as Stevie showed above, with the same effect on my Shooters.

Sometimes when my creature gets a new turn I can only move in the movement area of its previous position.
I'm also praying the vampire actually lifesteals this time.

and i think creating a million threads for a game that sucks is just cluttering up an otherwise worthwhile forum. i mean, WHY even bother with creating threads dedicated to a game that blows chunks? that's obviously what i'm getting out of everyone's feedback on the latest abortion that ubisoft made; i'm sure that's pretty damn near the mark.
to everyone yapping and yapping about this clustersnow of a set of games made by a company that doesn't stay true to the original winning formula: ever hear the saying, "bad publicity is still publicity"?
you guys, no matter how much you complain about what isn't going to change because THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION, are just playing into UBISOFT's hands.
