No problem mate. I agree with everything you have said (apart from dryad). Indeed I have a problem with finishing something, because each time I am improving my skills I am not happy with an old model anymore. I am perfectionist and I don't want to relase work I don't consider ready and worthy. This may ofc lead to my doom and ultimately project will fail because of it, but while it is a case for Oasis, this project have more 3D artists involved than myself. With Alternative upgrades we have already decided to relase it in parts (to built up), the town project is however more complex than that. Anyway I will be sure to public everything if I decide to quit H3 modding scene one day, so my work won't dissapear like Alexanders.
So if you liked older dryad (maybe I shouldn't post unfinished version), I will share it as well. You can even ask fred79 for nude version if you are into pixel porn as well

I would be interested to see any work you've done available for moders, whether you think of it worthy for your mod or not.
I often posted on this forum that what H3 moders often lack is new material, so I think it is crucial for all of us to share whatever new achievements in modding we have to offer.
Many of your creatures are interesting and of really good quality. I would like to see them complete and available (either through your mod, or just posted on a thread).
In conclusion, I would like to see your work (partial or complete) finished. That's why I suggested you'd focus on making a first draft of your mod and then build up. As for the Dryad, I would like the old animation (not topless though) to be available upon release as well (along with any other animations you've prepared).

nephretes, the dryad sounds are done. after i got everything i needed and found the optimum base sounds, they only took a couple of hours to complete the whole set(minus a magic-casting sound. let me know if you need that; as the version i'm using doesn't need it).

The thing with the dryad is the new one might be better technically but the style of the old one has a charm more fitting, imo.
My two cents, both models are a treat anyway.

I didn't notice so far serious bugs in version 1.1 (or I fixed console yellow warnings, but don't remember )

Also there was crashbug with Dreadnought's ability and I didn't hear anything was done about it.

About that Market of Time feature that has been abandoned in the final version of heroes 3, it would be good if you could re-introduce it, what d'you think about it?
(If I remember well, it was supposed to make heroes erase secondary skills to get rooms to learn others in their place.)

the werewolf is cool. like, really cool. is the upgrade a larger black one with larger claws/fangs?
i've been dying for a werewolf upgrade ever since i saw the WoG one. that one blows chunks. but at least it acts as a placeholder. i was going to use the werewolves from the witcher(or 2) to replace them, but your version looks more like what the WoG guys wanted in the first place.
the only thing i'd critique, is the lighter color on the underside/front of the creature. i'd make the lighter parts somewhat darker, so it wouldn't resemble a husky so much, but more a wolf.

Thanks for suggestion, I guess it is possible to do in VCMI, however we will think more about map objects when the vcmi map editor is finished.

Actually upgraded version is more undead-ish, as it is necropolis alternative creature after all Thanks for suggestion about current model as well. If we decide otherwise I can always render such version for you.
Edit: I think that there is such model somewhere, if it is what you meant

imo, this model is much better(aside from the claws):
if this model were to have a much less drastic shade-change from dark to light(and with longer claws on the hands, as the feet claws are good as-is imo), i'd think it'd be optimal. the lower-jaw definition is much better on this model as well. again, my 2 cents.

This question is not for modding team but for VCMI team. Creators must write code in C++ language to introduce Market of Time in the game. Or someone who knows C++ and write such code for VCMI.
