I really hope we'll see them in game someday.
I said it before Nephretes and (once again) maybe it's not my business, but I am really looking forward for a working mod rather than a regular update of teasers.
I hope you plan on finishing this mod... Sooner rather than later

Who would wish to kiss character made out of few pixels anyway? What is important here is that in-game unit looks better because of it and fits the other creatures in line up, thanks to "dermatologic illness" as you called it.

While I understand your statement don't forget that some people likes such teasers. It shows whether we are making any progress, or nothing is happening mod-wise. Also we are focused to finish alternative units now, instead of developing more mods at one time. This is good news I think.

As we have promised elsewhere, today we are releasing a small mod to raise appetite for another MDT projects. This time presenting our first neutral creature: Mermaid has special ability - whirlpool protection. Having this unit in army, hero is protected travelling through whirlpools.

Package contains also dwelling sound, however it is not possible to add it in VCMI yet.
