Thanks all for the lists you've provided. A LOT of it was in line with my thoughts anyway, and I only overlooked 1 thing which was this level cap which I made sure to bump up on my priority list to be addressed.
We have meetings today and tomorrow with all the key players and should I be able to I will make sure to keep you all updated on anything I'm allowed to. Ideally for me I would, like I mentioned before, provide some sort of pencil'd road map. We'll see what we can do in this regard and it might be something that doesn't happen. But I think it would be good.
Lil copy paste from General discussion thread.

in order of importance to me
1) Improve AI - both adventure and combat map
2) Remove the waiting screen while opponents are in combat in multiplayer
3) Improve sounds (not music) both adventure and combat map depending on the game speed from 100% to 400%.
4) Skillwheel redesign as Maurice offered and also improve skills (for example war machines - ballista on GM may deal more damage depending on hero's attack or number of ranged or legendary units in the army and Healing Unit on GM may ressurect core creatures depending on arcane knowledge)
5) Random map generator in-game

1. Obviously, the most important thing the game needs are the absolutely necessary changes/fixes like optimization, bug removal, making sure that skills, abilities, and spells actually work.
As for the rest of the game's problems, I don't think they're going to make a lot of huge changes/improvements like adding a bunch of new creatures or abilities. So I'll make a few suggests that shouldn't be too hard to implement.
2. Make the UI better and easier to use. Some of the choices they made were just baffling.
Why can you only see half the map when placing your troops?
When you're placing your troops, why can't you move units by dragging their portraits instead of having to click on the unit itself?
When you've selected "show all skills" in the hero screen, why aren't the skills you've already learned more clearly distinguished from the skills you haven't learned?
Why can't you use the keyboard to enter the number when you're splitting troops or trading resources?
Why does it take several seconds, sometimes a minute, for new resources to be added to the resource bar?
3. Make the duel mode more robust. Give players the ability to customize their armies and heroes. Add a few more modes. This could add a lot of replayability to the game and it wouldn't take a huge amount of effort.
4. More heroes so that the skills are represented better. Some of the skills barely have any heroes who can get the grandmaster level.
5. More maps and make the current maps more populated. One of the best things about Heroes is the large number of maps that you can play. With some of the previous games, you have dozens of hours of gameplay without even touching the campaign. Also, right now, artifacts are too rare. Even on the largest maps, you barely get any artifacts.
