Works fine for me. The only thing that doesn't work in that regard is the ultimate ability. Even when I have 3 marks on a creature I don't always get good luck.

Some creatures are immune to Earth Magic, like Earth Elementals. Those units don't take marks from creature attacks, but only marks from Hero attacks. Yeah, don't ask, it doesn't make sense that it works that way.

As far as I know Rakshasas aren't those creatures. Maybe it's due to Wysloth being a Sea Elf?

But you can't NOT ask, That's the fun of the mini game! Bug or bad design!?
Btw anyone else think it's a little imba that 3 marks will do 150 earth damage, yet strongholds blood rage perk will deal (not 100% sure here) 100 x the blood rage counter to all adjacent units. And it's a basic perk

First actually serious problem I encounter. In Ivan mission 2, I can no longer start a battle without the game crashing. Happened after some centaur marauders joined Anastasya(not sure if that is even relevant) and every battle I have tried(in different places, versus different units) to have crashes the game since. I can arrange units during tactics phase but when I end it, the game terminates.
Have not yet tried to do battle with other heroes since this started happening so I'm not sure if this is limited to Anastasya only.
EDIT:
Crashes do not happen with Andras so it's probably Anastasya related. Could be because her army comes from the script and she's not supposed to get other units? Ugh.
EDIT2:
I stopped using Anastasya and the crashes stopped.

About justicars..
Only priest has GM light + E destiny the other hero doesn't have destiny at all. Priests have nor attack nor defence and thus it is balanced. I bet they lose badly vs might hero.
Sylvan's perk should scale with hero Magic stat. 200 dmg for 30 Magic per mark.
Earth elementals are tough to beat with sylvan. Last time suicided trying to kill 13 week 1.
BUGS:
When shooting with marksman special it breaks enemy legionnaire ability to reduce dmg.
When I build creature upgrade it says new creatures wtf
Sometimes I have to reattach artifacts so they work this is especially bad when they are for mana.
Stronghold v stronghold . Took the perk for reducing 50% magic damage with the shaman and the warmonger's units also had it . Funny

I think I had the same issue. There were a lot of U3 threads running and it gave me the impression it was doing something with new saturation levels of the map? After that first time loading up that map, it seems to load much quicker.....

So, Ivan mission 2. Following a number of wasted reloads on Anastasya, I find that neither the quest to dry the dyke nor the quest to defeat Wilhelm and take Horncrest work. I assume the game must consider them completed (even though I have done what they asked) to open the way to Seamus?
What a colossal waste of time
EDIT:
Loading back on a previous save won't work, quests will still not be completed. Not planning to restart the map until it is fixed.

There is some very annoying bug in combat arena. It happens if there are big trees and you can`t point with the mouse near them. I fix it by moving the camera from left to right and finding the right angle to finally click it but it is super frustrating especillay when that is the corner the player camps in...

Elvin, as I'm doing Ivan 2 now as well I may be able to help..
1) the Dyke quest - have you talked to Lasir? I did and got into the boat first which triggered a cutscene and after that I repaired the Dyke and the quest completed.
2) the Anastasya crash - it happened to me to with exactly same symptoms. The reaso for the crash was actually a Gathering Storm perk in Novice Air. Once I reloaded the save and did not level it the crashes stopped.

Damn, I had forgotten getting gathering storm. But what the hell, why should you have to board a ship for the quest to trigger!

Retribution is way OP!!! It's near impossible to win against someone with proficient light magic if he has this spell!!! It needs to be nerfed down. I cannot be taking more damage back than what i deal and then have the enemy stack retaliate (if my own stack survives!)

Hey Elvin I need your savegame and logs to be able to forward it to the right person, run it through Debug and find out what is happening so I can get the fix in the next patch, or see if there is a work around for you.

The next patch will primarily focus on resolving Multiplayer and out of sync issues. We will include some balancing and bug fixes with in this patch as well (as would be expected)
The patch following this we will really start to look at pushing more balance changes and there is potential for Marzhins Tales of Axeorth to be slowly introduce, though i'm not 100% sure of that.
So that's the current very much penciled plan I can share with you.
Of course take everything with a grain of salt.

I have 1:1 to previous heroes installments wagon, windmill and old skeleton Marzhin can use in the tales. In the video his wagon didn't give artifact. I have everything set up with the right percentages.
I doubt you will take them from me but that reminds me of several questuons.
1) will u fix artfact merchant - 1 relic , 2 major , 2 minor, 1 scroll . I think it is easy !
2) scripted reward of resources doesn't have any visual cue.
3) I can't set creatures inside external random dwellings. Here random means that it is connected to a random faction but not random creatures inside.
4) Can't set PREBUILT dwellings in a random town.
I hope i am not asking much.

When can we expect an AI overhaul? It got dramatically worse since patch 1.4.1? For the folks that don't play MP this AI is extremely awful to play with.

articun, If you have way to dispell the aura just dispel it. Also attack creatures that don`t have it first. I think the key here is dispeling the aura.
I lost against Orna with Yog. My partner casted first turn Mass Retribution on Angels, Legionnaires, Abbots, Justicars and Marksman. Second turn casted Mass Arrows and starting shooting with great damage from inside. Also ressurected 100 legionnaires back when I prioritized them in order to break the formation.
I think a proper Warmonger would have won. Thank you for pinpointing challenging pair. Now I will invent ways to win
