wow, looks really nice (-: if u can do a bit more polish on the textures so it looks more real and create a few animations, i could this this could be a real unit in the game...
reminds me of vulnona, a pokemon
from my experience u'll need at last the basic animations: idle and attack... u can reuse the basic animations for other sequences like idlebridge etc., if u are creative and the unit supports the "creativity" this CAN be enough but of course it looks better and will offer u more ressources if u can create more animations, but u can change the speed animations are played in the H7Editor, so less animations can look like u have more, f.3 u can speed up an idle animation and make it look like it is the "hit" animation, the next problem are sounds: u'll have to use the ingame sounds but there are plenty and even lordgra created a lot new units with it i guess, so i think it should be fine but sounds should match the animations, sound speed can also be altered in the creature archetype but it affects all sounds of the creature i "think"

For the textures, I'm going to have a hard time doing better, the assembly and quite capricious, on blender everything and ok, in h7 he doesn't want too much .... For the anime, I have already created idle, idle bridge , attack and ranged attack, ability, victory and move, but it doesn't look like on a photo ^^

lol that hero, i think the unit looks fine to be honest, texture wise it is ok, it is not too bad if u cant improve it further but i would decrease the size of the unit a lot, it is too big and i think it would look a lot better if it would be closer to a 2x2 size, the animations still need some polish, u should increase the speed of the animations, some look very slow, u can easily to this in the H7 editor tough, in the anim set
i think the unit lacks a proper turn right left animation but not sure
