Well, woman or not, I'll never quite understand why the need for such extremist sports. A single mistake and one can receive severe injuries, if not worse. And that woman just paid such a price.

She's not bad at first but then she thinks the bull just gave up and it's over. Once she's caught off guard, it's almost imposssible to pick it up from there. Well, you mess with the bull, you get the horn.

Exactly, she thinks is done and starts jawing around then BAM. However I don't understand the rules, first I thought all they have to maintain is their hands, so once they lose balance they are thrown away. But looks like legs are hooked too, and there is the danger.

I assume what you see as the real danger is a safety precaution.Once you lose control, you're disqualified but they attach your legs so that the bull doesnt trample you or charge you on and on. He can also throw you off to some distant ground causing head injury etc.
