Learning is like always best when you start with it, but it's now 3 times better than before, so it's at least somewhat useful.
First Aid is unfortunately still really bad.
I don't know any way of improving First Aid other than changing healing, always max healing and improved hp and defense of tent. Hopefully HotA will improve it soon.

I'm sorry about the way you feel about peasants and HotA changes, but I have currently no intentions of changing them back.

Still considering publishing my mod...

Okay guys, I might publish my mod soon.
But before then I will do a few changes and I already have a few undocumented changes, like being able to cast positive Fire spells on Fire immune creatures. I'm not 100% satisfied with the solution, but it'll have to do for now.
The place I upload it, I have to be able to remove and upload new versions regurlarly, you guys have any ideas where I can upload it?

I could also upload my HotA map Thousand Treasures, which also comes in a 2V2V2 version. This is also updated regularly.
I guess the best place for this is maps4heroes?

I think it would be better to fire creatures have immunities to fire damage spells, so Inteus for example can use his bloodlust on Energy Elementals and Phoenixes.

Update august 20th 2020:
* Animate Dead now belongs to both Earth and Air Magic, which means all magic schools have 19 spells.
* Efreet, Efreet Sultan, Fire Elemental, Energy Elemental and Phoenix are no longer immune to Fire spells, but instead immune to Mind spells + Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning and Armageddon. That means you can actually cast positive Fire spells on them now.

I am also considering removing Disguise again, there is no reason for that useless and broken spell to be there. Only problem is it will make Blind even more common.

I think they also need to be immune to Magic Arrow, Fire Wall, Land Mine, Fireball, Inferno and Armageddon.

Yeah sadly that is not currently possible, but they are immune to Armageddon as mentioned.

* Added Mind spell immunity to Firebirds. (They were supposed to be immune to Blind, Berserk and Frenzy.)

It would make sense yeah, but that would make them even more powerful. Then Earth/Magma Elementals should also be immune to Meteor Shower.

Not necessarily for both Air and Earth Elementals and their upgrades. For while water resistant to water and fire resistant to fire seem to be a logical fit, the view of air and earth is slightly different. Therefore, an earth elemental is better suited to lightning-resistant, as simply "ground" is something more suited than having a piece of ground immune to being struck by another piece of ground. And why should an air elemental not get hit by lightning, but get hit by stones falling on him and theoretically flying through him?
At least that's how I see it, and once it could only be latched on, why a storm elemental that has thunder animations in its own right why does lightning strike? But this is just a kind of clinging force.

Update september 21st 2020:
* Encounter rates at Dragons Utopias changed from 30/30/30/10 -> 50/50/0/0.
* Added a new section with banned map objects. (Magic Spring and Altar of Mana are banned, because they were too powerful.)
* Efreet and Fire Elementals have their original resistances back. (Efreet Sultans and Energy Elementals are still different.)
* Jeremy's and Miriam's starting skills are back to normal and Jeremy is not banned any more.
* Reduced Mana Vortex to +50% mana, like Expert Intelligence.

At 1BDD2C or a little further ahead. 4D 08 E8 4E is changed to 37 A3 55 00, changing the float from 2.0 to 1.5. Hope I explained that decently.

Update october 4th 2020:
* Hypnotize is back to it's normal power modifier, but was instead made as cheap as Lightning Bolt, (10/8) which follows the same formula. (Fangarms simply became too powerful when I buffed the power modifier, so I had to tone Hypnotize down again.)
* Animate Dead again only belongs to Earth Magic.

Update november 10th 2020:
* Minimum movement speed on land was increased from 1500 (speed 3 unit) to 1560. (speed 4 unit)
* Dwarves, Dendroid Guards, Stone Golems and Walking Dead are back to normal speed.
* Estates is now 167/333/500 instead of HotA's values.
* Intelligence is 16,67/33,33/50 instead of HotA's values.
* Mysticism is now 5/9/13 instead of HotA's values. (or 4/8/12 if we exclude the 1 mana you always get back anyway.)
* Wizard's Well now recovers 10% of maximum mana.
* Added a section with "Restricted map objects". (Warlock's Lab and Seafaring Academy can be found here.)
* Uland skills are now like in HotA.
* Olema now starts with Ballistics and Water Magic.
* Number of Air and Storm Elementals on the adventure map returned to normal.

Did you tried to give first aid tent mass effect? Obviously, it won't solve the problem entirely but it might make it a little more usefull.
