No idea who the other is, and ghost probably have that annoying incorporeal ability that makes 50% of all non-magical attacks miss. So yeah, clear win for Ghost.

Ghost certainly has a bit of a mean streak in him given that he has sneakily foiled our Dick Dastardly master plan involving the industrial power tools in the last round, also as a Finnish person who is also a Gibbering Ghost he is not only a man of few words but also his few words are completely inscrutable, thus it is very difficult to get a handle on him, mainly because the handle will just fall right through him and fall down on the floor because he is a Ghost and all that,
thus although he would not win in a fight against Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson or Rick Moranis (Dan Akyryryoyd I could obviously take him or leave him), I certainly think he will beat the other inactive Jonas Brother guy who I know absolutely nothing about cheers lol

Unfortunately, I do not know Joonas enough to be able to analyze his weapons and skills. I need to thrive on the information provided by others to get a clue of what he is capable of. If it is true that he had spec ops training and knows karate (or any form of expert hand-to-hand combat/martial arts for that matter), he will definately have the physical advantage over Ghost (right?). And he will likely also have decent connections from his military days.
Ghost, however, has the power of confusion. Furthermore, he collects old bills, knows where to find them and when to get them at the best possible price. He is resourceful, able to find hidden treasures in a heartbeat. He could put this knowledge to use in order to find weapons, minions and stuff, but I fear that his manner of communicating might lead to misunderstandings. He must rely on his tactics of 'shock and awe', overwhelming his enemy with words and sentences that will leave even the most skilled linguists in a state of panic.
Ah, what am I saying. Ghost is a fellow collector, I vote for him!

JoonasTo has fighting skills that are world known but I don't believe ghost would even notice his physical attacks. Things will look dire, Joonas would have to use his powers of special ops and eventually defeat the undead in a story for the ages!
