Wow, I love the stalker update. The only thing that I would say on the Peryton is that the spots of brown and spots of blue on the wings don't blend with it and seem very sudden shifts in color contrast.

'how to improve videos' ? Where ?

I try work on little bit everyday. And i think im really improving on models

Next goal, rework cockatrice animations and model. Then redo the townscreen and map castle

In the new version I found two errors, one smaller and practically meaningless, that in the case of buy-out of the forge, a ballista is written and offers a cart with ammunition.
However, the second one can also get around it, but unfortunately sometimes it gets very annoying, but by accident it is a new Witch, if they can use Force Field spells, then when the cursor moves on the one that just has the move [eg to check if it has a shot or HP], it always ends with dump, in both cases unenrolled and improved, you simply can not move the cursor over the hex in which this movement is standing.
Apart from that, the game is very interesting.

Currently on townscreen reworking, but gonna fix that as soon as possible. Thanks for the feedback and testing

Fiorin, I know this townscreen is still at the very starting stage, but I'd like to point out the plants around the lake. They make the impression that the lake is very small. Is that the intention? In fact, the overall vibe of sizes of elements on the townscreen makes it feel like it's a small site. Although nothing too different from some H3 townscreens, like the Castle.

Agree with you about the sizes. Yet i made the ruins mountain bigger on current version (post screenshot), and rocks bellow that smaller for perspective. Im struggling with the light. But gonna put all elements for now, then improve each one.

I changed the render from 'cycles render' to 'blender render' on this version and replanned camera position to fit a more closer place.

The ground was just painted the base colors and even i intend replace some buildings for more detailed models.

Thanks for the input. Soon i bring the screen all planned for discuss details, colors... and stuff

I not on hurry this time... so im gonna do a first version as soon as possible, then reworking with custom buildings.

Are 3 rock models on scene, then i replicate. Yet the floor around they is planned to be a rocky floor.

I tried paint the ground too, but when rendered shows different than the viewer. We even can't see the grass paint. Gonna repaint that.

I couldnt work last weeks on the project, but everytime is possible i fix/do some details

I liked the original design of Ruins' Fort. This one:
