Yeah my square meal is 500g kassler steak, 400g chips, and harvest vegetables, for Tsar-Ivor ate light meal. My record meal was been 5kg, when I was young.

The memphis bbq burger is back at hardees/carl jr's, at least in my neck of the woods.
Angus ground beef, pulled pork, fried onions and a sweet/tangy bbq sauce with a slice of american cheese...

Pasta, diced roma tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, basalmic vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Yummy.
Lemon, cucumber & honey beverage. I throw the lemon rinds in the pitcher to give it a bite.

Mashed white kidney bean with olive oil and sauteed garlic spread thickly on wheat bread. Topped with thin-sliced cucumber, red onion, and lots of avocado. Sprinkled with sea salt and eaten as an open face sandwich.
Delicious.
Now enjoying a tall glass of Red Burgundy.

Yellow polenta boiled in vegetable broth and milk, topped with fried portabella and bella mushrooms in white wine, basil, garlic, black peppercorn, and lightly baked and melted over with Italien fontina cheese.
