I think you fell for the Erwin part, which I admit, is true (but I might be wrong and you didn't fall for it). Trap questions are fun! (Hehe, get it?)

Edit: You can should move this to random thoughts and just explain how you quote monere from here.

I don't really see how it is flawed.

I'm not arguing that predefined space isn't the universe. I'm saying that that's not the universe we know. Which is why I used the egg/yolk analogy. Same universe, different form. There's a reason why we say "the universe as we know it".

Time vs space-time are different. Time is one dimensional, but space-time is four dimensional. But yes you are right, time is not real, but it still contained the concept of time within it. One could argue that it contained all concepts within it.

I'm saying that that's not the universe we know
maybe the universe YOU know, but the universe I know is the same universe in all directions, till infinity, and it has never been born, created, or discovered. It had just existed in its current form (if it even has a form) long before humans have even existed.

And this is not my theory, this is a theory I have read in SF books and common sense has told me that it's a pertinent theory, so I have endorsed it.

Quote:
There's a reason why we say "the universe as we know it"
I think that, too. Except that the reason for which I say that is probably different to the reason you say it. When I say "the universe as we know it" I am referring exclusively the known part of the universe, not the part that scientists speculate it had been created during the Big Bang.

now you're really beating around the bush

Uh yeah.... the universe is roughly 13.8 billion years old. Earth is only 4.54 billion years old. So yeah, the universe has existed in it's current form for a very, very, long time. Sooooooo, the universe has existed in its current state long before humans were even a spec in the primordial ooze.

You do realize that "known universe" means the part that we can visibly observe. We have no idea what lies beyond our vision. As we literally can't see that far into space.

monere said:

Time does have a dimension actually. Time is linear. It moves in one direction and one direction only. Forwards.

The First Dimension is a line. That's it. A literal line. Which is exactly what time is. A line that only moves forwards. Never backwards. Time is one dimensional.

how do you know the age of the universe?

Quote:
So yeah, the universe has existed in it's current form for a very, very, long time
again (because you seem to keep making confusions) when I say "universe" I am referring to the space around the planets because that space is what the scientists are trying to justify through Big Bang, not the matter that fills up the space. And the space is infinite and uncreated by anyone/anything

Quote:
You do realize that "known universe" means the part that we can visibly observe. We have no idea what lies beyond our vision. As we literally can't see that far into space.
yep, that's what I said

Quote:
It moves in one direction and one direction only. Forwards.
time doesn't move in any direction because it doesn't exist. Due to the associating of time with the rotation of Earth around its axis time has become synonym with the rotation of the Earth which is what makes us believe that time is real and that it flows. But in reality it doesn't exist.

Also, regarding the direction in which time moves... directions are things that are exclusively related to space, not time, which is you can't say that time moves. (I am genuinely sorry that I don't know how to express myself better, but I lack scientific vocabulary)

Quote:

hehe, you actually got a point here. Ok, I'll stop replying

What is the thing that bothers me the most at H6? I'm also an anti-Erwin, btw.

1. The spells.
2. The lack of factions.
3. The skilltree.
4. The green Necropolis.
5. The Core-Elite-Champion system.

Edit: I wasn't sure it was my turn, so I decided to not do it right then.
