Yup you're right. Shadow of the Colossus has a great ost. Bayonetta is a close 2nd, tied with Witcher 3 and Halo.

Nope.
Not to let this thing get stuck and someone get the next round:
All of those I would like to pet. But what I would prefer is one that's not that dangerous.
Tamandua (giant anteater) is a cute animal which looks harmless and slow, but they are rather dangerous. It can even fend off onças and kill humans. They hug and puncture arteries, such as the femoral one.
Capybaras might be one of the most at ease animals there is, but not entirely harmless either. As the biggests rodents on the planet, they have a nasty bite.
Mountain lions, or pumas, are predators!
Maned tapir is also rather peaceful, but it's a big animal and avoids contact by running and plunging into the water.
Pandas in the wild are not as fluffy as they look either.
Which leaves me the manatee or sea cow. Who doesn't want to hug a manatee? Unless you don't know how to swim, these endagered animals are the fluffiest things there is. However, that's also a threat for them. So, they are best if left alone and safe. ^_^
