the idea was that, but you have to rewrite all the cities, the creatures, the artifacts in json files, you can not do it by inserting the pac files as in wog or in the legend of the red dragon

Correct me if wrong but SW doesn't add any town - I checked there are 8 of them vs 9 in vanilla. It only replaces factions.

I just wanted to report a few bugs i had after playing 4 games.
Before that I have a couple questions about the design :
What did motivate your choice of having non stackable recruits on dwellings on the map ? In heroes 2 the recruits on maps dwellings stacks every week. I always prefered this mechanic because it is less enjoyable having a hero doing the bus every week to collect all the recruits.
Another interesting choice you made is the native terrain attribution. I play random maps so I think you still start on your native land right ?
I can see why you gave wasteland to wizard although i prefered snow but I really don't think sand matches warlock (would matches barbarian better IMO). What is the reason behind these choices ?
Another thing i noticed on random maps is that there are rarely snowlands and i never saw lavalands.
That been said, here are the bugs i encountered so far that you are probably already aware of:
- random knights units popping in the opponent army
- Random castle can be heretic
- heretic heroes are available in the CPU tavern (never saw one in mine)
- Apart from heretic units i once saw an air elemental on the battle field that is not suppose to be out yet
- I had "access violation" when entering a town or engaging monsters on the map that make the game crashes. The bug persists if I try to do the same action the same day but usually go away if i wait a day
- The black tower building picture is replace by the magic well
- sometimes some pictures in the building section are out of their frame.
that's all so far. I can provide screenshots. I hope that help.
I did the installation on a clean heroes 3 and put the tweak at 0 in HD mod by the way.
Again, thank you so much for your hard work, I haven't been that excited about a video game in years.

It was not a choice. In order to make something different from Heroes 3, you should implement it. Not all of the things are easily implementable or floating on the surface.

Sand is currently used as underground terrain as well, not mentioning 35% of lava there. Someone must be underground, especially when you don't have a working Heretic faction yet.
If you use swamp terrain for Warlock, it will be just the same as for the Witch.
In future, there will be a new design of underground objects implemented.

These things are template-dependent.

They get them from Jails. Yes, we know about the Heretic. But, another 6-year wait for the community is not a good idea.

That was a restricted creature. Will fix.

These are 2 different bugs. To remove crashes with monsters, delete this file: <Heroes 3>/Mods/The Succession Wars/EraPlugins/h3sw_diplomacy.era
The Diplomacy skill effect will be reverted back to H3 mechanics, Serena the Sorceress will have an inactive specialty.
There is wog option to stack recruits on map, didn't work with SW?
Also I re-report the map editor "bug" I get, hero can't be given more than one spell.
Well, I don't know. Perhaps we should discuss the problem. What spells have you tried?
We prefer staying away from WoG options because most of our achievements are made via ERA plugins. I made a note, however - never researched the sphere of WoG scripts that much, keeping in mind only some interface adjustments (for later versions of H3SW).
I think the access crash is related to Treasure building. After building it the game crashes on the beginning of the week, at least it did on my side when playing the Vikings map

That is because you opened Beltway, which is a "Heroes 2 flavor map" (technically, the former Armageddon's Blade format). So, it's the original game mechanics.
In order to implement the desired changes, you need to use a newer format (well, there is still former WoG, which has maximal functionality).
But I have just built Capitol in the Knight Castle and now I can't access it :-/ It completely changed the model into the HIII Capitol model and when I try to click it to build other structures nothing happens (the Castle building is being clicked instead).
