Problems with custom Objects INGame

Hey I am a mapper but create my own objects (Mostly retextured or altered static objects). Lately I encountered a problem: My objects in the Editor still load and look fine, but when I open the map In-Game all Objects are suddenly gone. This happened suddenly and was long time before never the case.

I thought about my last steps and deleted the map with all connected files. I did create a new map and a new own object, but the error was the same: The game does not load my objects anymore.
-> So I recap the error must be in the game (Maybe I have too many custom files and he cannot load so many? )

I can hardly even understand what the issue is so I would like to ask if any modder here has encountered a similar problem?

Here are two examples of my work:

Greetings old friend. You'll remember I'm not a modder but I have a couple of thoughts {long-shots}

Hmm..."suddenly" makes me recall, Win-updates that made H3-Complete not load. Then I used a "exe-fix" that eventually quit working. Now I use the gog and it is hit & miss, to start? Could something similar be happening with H5 on your current OS? IDK.

Fyi...a long time back...I started keeping a copy of my install so I could delete and "restart to fresh" when the Editor got buggy. But not ago I reinstalled from my discs and forgot to do the 1-major update to 3.1. (btw, unlike years ago, last time I was prompted about another small update after the 3.1 patch. What did that little patch do? It made me have to have an Internet-connection to start the game? I went back and redid the install.

Again, I'm not modder but I did work "with mods" and my question with what you stated is; have you verified that the Editor is creating the correct (original) file structure of a Map?

I would take your new test-map and verify. You could look at on old map of yours and see it's file structure and verify, that the game is loading your objects as it builds the Game, because it sure sounds like the Game does not see your work/changes...as it loads?

Anyway, I wish I knew the problem's source and could help for certain but had to share those thoughts.

Hope you figure it out.
Make it Great!
