Heroes 5.5.: why does AI has creature tier limits?
As I just barely started playing Heroes 5.5, and there is no explanation for the limits in any manual, I completely don't understand why the modmakers decided to limit the range of creatures AI can deploy except for the impossible difficulty.
Come on, how would that improve the mod? I don't recall that anyone complained about AI being too strong or stupid in using high-tier creatures. What has changed in AI balance in comparison to the original advanced AI 3.1j mod that would cause 5.5 AI with all tiers allowed to be unfavorable?
I want to play against AI with all its creatures, but I think the impossible difficulty will be too much for me. Is there anything that modders or I can do about it?

Thank you for the explanation. The in-game description didn't tell me this explicitly, nor what is AI+. Maybe modders should add some text to the map setting interface somewhere to clarify that those tiers apply only when AI is cheating/recovering casualties.
