Sorry, a Ghost got in my head. What I meant to say is this: As a level 3 Warlock, is there a limit to the number of level 2 spells I can know? And can I still store my pact weapon in extradimensional space, despite Ahmit sucking dry all the planes?

You would have 2 level 2 spell slots I believe. As for how many you can know, I don't really know.
For now anyway. You gain more when you level up.

As Oddball said, you have 2 level 2 slots and 0 level 1 slots. However, lower level spells can be cast from higher level slots! So all of your level 1 spells can still be used despite only having level 2 slots.
As for the spells you know, as a Reborn Warlock of Chaul, you get the two 1st level spells provided by your patron as spells known without them counting against your spells known (so as a Pact of the Arch-Fey you have Faerie Fire and Sleep in addition to your other spells). Other than those, you have 4 spells of your choice from either the list of Warlock Spells or Archfey pact expanded spells list. Of those, up to 2 can be level 2 spells, since you just got access to level 2 slots. The reason why this is important is that when you went from level 2-> level 3, you gained 1 known spell, and you can replace 1 spell you know with a new spell each time you level up, which means you can change 1 of your 1st level spells in for a 2nd spell. Or you can forgo this exchange if you happen to like all of your 1st level spells.
So in the end, you will have one of the following spells known configurements:
-2 Level 1 + Faerie Fire & Sleep, and 2 Level 2
-3 Level 1 + Faerie Fire & Sleep, and 1 Level 2
-4 Level 1 + Faerie Fire & Sleep, and 0 Level 2 (you can always choose to learn a lower level spell instead of the highest level you can know... I don't recommend it, but it's an option.)
In addition to these, you also know 2 cantrips. Those cantrips cannot be exchanged for higher level spells as you level up, and vice versa.
If you wanted a suggestion, I would say that you should always pick up Eldritch Blast as one of your cantrips, and always take Hex as one of your 1st level spells. Eldritch Blast is a long-ranged attack cantrip that makes 1/2/3/4 bolts of energy at levels 1/5/11/17, and Hex causes you to deal 1d6 extra damage to a target creature each time you hit them with an attack, meaning that the two spells synergize rather perfectly.
As for the Blade pact, it does work! The weapon would be stored on the Ethereal plane, aka the very edge of the Veil. So it can still be kept safe and on-hand and function as the book describes it. Bags of Holding and Portable Holes work with a similar principle.

Ehh, no. That's not quite how that works (per RAW at least). The Pact Spells your patron provides you are added as options the Warlock spell list, not the spells known.
In other words, you have the option of picking up the spells from your Pact Patron, but you don't get these spells automatically. Confusing, I know, but Jeremy Crawford clarified this in sage advice.
Sage Advice Compendium, page 5 said: Do warlock spells granted by the Expanded Spell List feature count against the number of spells known? The spells granted by that feature aren’t automatically known by a warlock. Those spells are added to the warlock spell list for the character, who can choose them when learning a new warlock spell of the appropriate level. Once learned, such a spell does count against the number of spells the warlock knows.
Of course, as with all things in this game you can change this as a DM. I just wanted to clarify the actual book ruling

That is true. I just saw "Cool, race document" and then closed it that one time. Haven't gotten around to actually opening it again. I have not read the long opening fluff either

As stated earlier, I am just waiting to have a concrete picture of what everyone else is making before I make mine.
My understanding so far is:
-A Support Fighter (Geny)
-Conquest Paladin (DG)
-Wizard (Oddball)
-Warlock (Count)
-Kensai Monk (Jonas)

I feel like everyone who hasn't made anything is waiting for "everyone".
Geny - Reborn fighter combat medic.
Dagoth - Grey paladin of tyranny
Count - Reborn fey warlock
Joonas - nomadic sharen monk
Oddball - Human evocation wizard
Elvin - seems to be going the rogue road

There is a rogue, a monk, a fighter, a paladin, a warlock and a wizard.
I think at this point you can do whatever you want.

Fair point, I kind of realized it after I wrote my previous post.
@Gnomes, how do you handle Wild Magic Sorcerers, if at all?

With EXTREME prejudice.
Actually I like Wild Magic, I just feel like it doesn't happen nearly enough for the subclass to really be worth it. Which does make me sad.
For the draconic sorcerer, it's fluffed as being "elemental touched" instead.
The Xanathar's subclasses all work as they are written, no changes necessary.
Also, juuuuuuuuust for your consideration... for anyone still making their character, really.

It's a sorcerer subtype which has a few luck elements tossed in and the chance for RANDOM MAGICAL EFFECTS! to happen whenever you cast your spells. 'Tis a silly subclass. Not necessarily the most optimal subclass, but a silly and fun one for sure.

Oh. I have got so many magic systems stuck in my head that for a moment I thought Wild Magic was what the Dragons use, but then I remembered that that's from Overlord.
Ugh.
