Thank you all, I forgot I dropped the date here so it was a pleasant surprise to see this thread pop up.
Except for you Maurice, I'm planning a diversion on my amphibious assault just for you now.

Leaving such a thing unanswered would be a stain on my honour, and we value honour above all else (ok, maybe except grandma and ma's cuisine).
You call that easy, however it's as expected as the sun rising each day.
So once there's a total eclipse for a whole day I won't answer I guess.

It's about time I say, as the popular wisdom says "It's not that they don't know how to cook, they don't know how to eat", so bringing a nonna in each household is the only way to truly educate the foreigner to the fine art of eating.
And everyone knows, grandma's lasagne is the best thing in the world.

Kebab, pizza, Chinese or Indian?! No lasagne or more famous green lasagne. I think Neraus eats badly packed kebab I choose hesburger's kebab or Chinese I missed Tan kebab. He's pension. He has beautiful finnish wife. He's from Turkey. Hesburger is Finnish hamburger restaurant. Hesburger did Carrols to bankrupt, and McDonalds has difficulty also maybe Burgerking, when offered two meal in one price often. Finland is expensive food so Chinese & Thai buffet is cheaper. Tomorrow I eat Chinese & Thai friends with. Is still eating badly packed kebab?

Just like in China they call Chinese food just “food” Italians call such service “family.”

@ghost
The last time I ate kebab was what... 6 months ago? I can count on my fingers the times I ate kebab in my life, but I can't fathom how it can be badly packed.
@Count
Unfortunately, I'm but an humble man, Italy and especially Sicily is a matriarchal society when it comes to cooking, sure, there are famous chefs, but that's only to hide where the true genius actually resides.
What I can tell you is to be aware of the cooking times, mind the pace, respect the correct phases of cooking, even when tempted to put everything in one pot remember your nature as a human and put everything where it belongs. Many a carbonara or ragù were ruined by the recklessness of hasty cooks that put everything in the pan or pot at the same time.
Then there are a thousand finer rules, like, be mindful of the main taste when adding more ingredients (I'm looking at you pineapple), but unfortunately, as I said, I'm not part of the matriarchy that set these rules in stone.

Happy Birthday to you Neraus!
We, the North-Americans, we put pineapple in our pizzas for the sake of honoring the people living on the archipalago kingdom of Hawaii and 50th state of the United-States of America.
It also, do not adhere to Italian sausages such as pepperoni slices and European fruits and vegetables of the continent of Europe. We get to put ground beef, pork or, chicken pieces onto it + extra cheese(regular cheese from the region's cheese makers) + garlic spices onto it as well.
Men are generally hired at Pizza joints, as it is a totally different type of Italian culture over here, in North-America(East coast, mainly).
Enjoy the start of a new year!
