What is your most stupid move of playing H3?
Greetings everyone! No matter you are a pro or an amateur, you must make stupid moves when play this game before. Just share one or two here for fun.
As not a noob player, I always make unbelieveably stupid moves before. I like to share them here:
1. Official map: cast DD and jump into a no-exit cursed ground.
2. Playing pvp: cast Mass Slow and all wait, then he cast Mass Haste!
3. Playing pvp: I got Expert Tactics and placed all my creatures crowded and covered by a good terrain (like I always do in my imba map rush), then I cast Frenzy on my Chaos Hydra waiting for attack (you know what will happen when attacking). Then he cast an EXPERT FIRE BERSERK and fortunately all my creatures got caught!

Forgetting to buy new troops before leaving town on the first of a new week; and wasting movement points.

Forgetting to buy the spellbook with my hero and then going into battle and seeing I have no spells to cast. I guess this is a classic.

AI getting repeatedly morale, me - in a rage - exploding the keyboard against the wall, only to find out shortly after that we are the National Day, Friday too, and shops are all closed until next Tuesday.
Since then I always peek at the calendar before blowing things.

To add to your's fred:
Before your misstakes, add on: Forgetting to place all the slow troops in the town and only the quick creature stack on your hero. Low movement next day.
*Reload Autosave*
Leaving town having reloaded three times to correct your misstakes only to realise that the hero that was supposed to ride and meet you at the castle on D1 to transfers troops/artifacts was forgotten.
*Reload Autosave*
But perhaps the misstakes we have all made a thousand times:
1. Playing almost a full day only to mess up near the end of it, reloading the autosave only to realise one has to do EVERYTHING all over again.
2. Letting the AI somehow appear out of nowhere with a strong army and kicking your main hero's butt the second you turn the hourglass.
*Reloads latest save* - Realises that the last save that was made was over a month ago and that the campaign is lost with the Autosave and thus must be restarted or replayed from X MWD, extending the tiresome process by many hours.
3. Forgetting buying that spellbook...
4. Forgetting about removing the Red Orb when fighting map stacks.
5. Forgetting to transfer artifacts when chaining armies.
Edit: Salamandre, pro tip: Have back up keyboards/mice/screens and a boxing sack in the room.

Clicking to attack an enemy stack, only to mis-click right next to the target, causing your troop to only move instead of move and attack.

I forget switching day/night artifacts all the time. I still do. Playing Theodorus because he looks cool was also one of the mistakes I did, long ago back in childhood days.

LOL. It's even funnier because it's true (the part with breaking the keyboard when stores are closed. It happened to me, too, many years ago when I was playing MK)

OMG this. This is the bane of my existence.
Another one is I went through a teleporter and the enemy hero (who was far superior than me) was right there. I couldn't move and was trapped. This was my main hero and I was screwed. It wasn't until much later that I learned I could press SPC to use the teleporter again and have made me retreat. 
Miscalculating the size of a double hex creature and accidentally moving it into a castle's moat.
Coming out from my town to try and bait the enemy that is right close to it, only to go to far and leave my town exposed. Cut to my enemy seizing my town and with a long and bloody siege following it.

Ouch! 
Moving dragons to a position where the opponent can trigger their breath attack with some low-level creature just to strike some of my adjacent stacks 1 hex away with it is probably the most stupid thing I've done... more than once.

as a Romanian I can assure you that we have one of the richest countries on the planet. Romanians, however, are not very rich themselves because we are lazy, corrupt, and many of our insustries in the hands of foreigners.
This being said, I can also assure you that we also rage-break computer hardware because of games. Is not something to be proud of but it is what it is

By rich country, I dont mean the natural resources or green pastures. It’s an ex-communist country, it is not a leading economy with top income per individual on average.

I've only ever raged so hard that I broke an electronic once in my life. But that was an Xbox controller, and the thing still works, 6 years later. So I guess I didn't really break it, but I did cause it to split open a little.

Haha, I always do the same stupid. And sometimes I cast COUNTERSTRIKE on my pheonix, and this bastxxd hurt several teammates by pheonix breath.
