Starting a game in a no water ground map with a hero with Navigation skill and Navigation specialty, then run into a Witch Hut on the first day and get Eagle Eye skill. Might hero.

Day X: Digging a hole, no Grail found
Day X+1: Forgetting to move the hero
Day X+2: Trying to dig another hole on the same tile.
This has happened so many times, I'd like to use that bloody hole to bury myself.
And let's just not get started on miscalculating movement when trying to hop on/off a boat!

Casting Bless (or whatever beneficial spell) on a unit that is immediately sent against a dragon fly stack still able to retaliate: BRA-VO
Especially memorable during the first stages of a game, when every spell you cast costs really valuable SP
