I voted Expert Town Portal. But I'm torn between that and Wizard's Well.
On a large or above map, Expert Town Portal without a doubt. Being able to hop from town to town is a definite strategic advantage.
On medium maps or smaller, Wizard's Well. Full spell points every day? On smaller maps you can easily dominate the enemies and corner them. Literally no way they would be able to run from you if you had DD.
Of course it depends on the situation I'm in. I might take WW or ETP depending on the circumstances. But I'd take ETP 6/10 times.

Ok, I'll agree that WW is a good artifact, but I still won't place at the same level with TP and shackles. These 2 are game winners, ww is not.
I am torn between the 2, but I HAD to vote expert TP because it's too powerful

I agree with you Expert TP is the most powerful, especially in maps with many towns, it is ridiculous really.
I also think Shackles and WW are very powerful. Shackles probably takes second place.

Guys, avoid picking the obvious TP, else Phoenix will weaken it one further step, making then to teleport to next square while taking half movement.

LOL Salamandre, I can do what I want in my game, can't I? 
TP in my game always takes me to nearest town, while it works as normal for AI. (a big reason why the game is sometimes really hard, but I welcome a challenge)

Reclamation, for example. I think that Reclamation is players favourite. H4's TP is 3 level, other players haven't TP. And TP owner behaves powerfully. He/she loses a game. Phoenix's idea isn't new and harder game.

Reclamation (SoD) hasn't TP. I recommend you play Reclamation. Remember TP isn't powerful.

Well I could also just ban TP, but that also messes up AI and spell probabilities in towns.
With normal TP I feel I already won the game when I learn Advanced Town Portal, at least VS AI. The game becomes so extremely easy, that it feels pointless to continue playing. That's why I changed it.
I wish TP worked in another way, for example:
Unskilled/Basic: Nearest town.
Advanced: Pick between 2 closest towns.
Expert: Pick between 3 closest towns.

Or make it like how it works in Heroes 6. When you cast town portal it teleports you to the nearest town. And then you can cast it to portal to any other town you own.
Or just increase it's movement point cost.

Aha, I thought you-all know about map. So I added to favourite map.  In its case now I play Reclamation. Pretty good.

someday, before I die, I will play that map, ghost. Just to commemorate you, I will play it, even though normally I only play randomly generated maps. But I will play it in your memory
@oddball... yeah, he's finally been coherent, and understood what he's said. Which is why I dedicate him the playing of that map

oh, don't worry. I try to understand him, too. It's just that it's extremely hard. I have met people who have known good english, people who have known no english, and people who have known some english. But this guy is unlike any of those people that I've met. He knows more words than those who know little, or no english, but he speaks worse than them, which is why for me he's an enigma. He knows lots of english words, but the way he puts them together (without absolutely any grammatical sense) is daunting to me
