Padme's sister is a legend too.

As for Dooku, it's the tiny things that make characters human, the way the curator talks about him in such high respect (as an idealist like Qui-Gon, but noble and good natured). As a kid watching it I got indoctrinated into thinking he's evil/bad etc, but I am not getting that, his character seems out of character too often, he would've been briliant if they had just made him into a Tito style character in the movies (which there were strong hints of), playing both sides of the force for his own good (which then channels into his idealism/seperatism). The Prequels had so much potential to create real art, but they just tunnel visioned.

I only have one: General Grievous, but in Clone Wars animated series in which he was badass. In the movie he was underwhelming though...

Off the top of my head..

- Obi Wan for being classy and having good lines.
- Dooku for class, style and elegance. Wish they'd made him closer to book Saruman, mesmerising to listen to and hard to read.
- Qui Gon, best prequel character that left too soon.
- Revan. A great man that is impossible to read, where the ends justify the means ends and the lure of the dark side begins.
- Kreia, simply fantastic writing. One of my favourite scenes ever.
- HK-47

EDIT:

Another Revan fan, greatness.

Darth Vader (best villain of all time, especially the voice)
Obi-Wan (Old Ben played by Alec Guinness, not the prequel General Kenobi)
Han Solo
Boba Fett (because as a kid, the idea of a "swiss knife warrior" was very entertaining to me and I used to invent my own versions of him with diferent gadgets)
Count Dooku (because Christopher Lee's presence is always as cool as Darth Vader's voice)

The two I admit liking is Anakin and Han. I haven't read much of the EU or care about the Disney monstrosities, which leaves me with a whole lot of intriguing sketches of characters that don't in fact have any substance to them.

I'm betting that Anakin entries are a result of the clone wars series. It felt like it did justice to the character while the films quite spectacularly failed him. Made him feel like an annoying, whiny prick that deserved to be snow-slapped. And those cringy lines. So terrible.

I forgot to mention the space cow like creature that gives green milk. Why? Because it symbolizes what a trainwreck the 8th movie was and how they degraded Luke in it...

1. Obi Wan - because he's the only one who happened to be played by good actors in all episodes and is a rare case of a cool "good guy" in the series;
2. Colonel/general Veers - because his ground assault on Hoth is probably the first set of scenes which immediately sunk in my memory from the original trilogy. And he's cool;
3. Grand Moff Tarkin - that guy nearly outshines Vader in Episode 4 from the "bad guys" team. Peter Cushing's performance is outstanding and his character is unique among the high-ranking imperials with significant screen time in the original trilogy that there's nothing mystical around him and he's as human as it gets. Clever, pragmatic evil human;
4. Darth Vader - ranked so low because the prequels damaged his image so badly that I have to imagine they take place in an alternative universe and the real Vader exists only in the one depicted at Episodes 4-6;
5. Boba Fett - enigmatic elite bounty hunter, speaking to Vader as equal, great-looking equipment - for his minor role in Episodes 5 and 6 these are more than enough positives.
