Sprites of certain monsters
Where can I find the .def files of Dracolich, Sylvan Centaur, Werewolf, Hell Steed, Sorceress, etc.?
Some creatures aren't in h3sprite.lod.

Because they come with WoG.

That doesn't answer my question now, does it?
In other news: I changed a creature's name in CRTRAITS.TXT (h3bitmap.lod), but it doesn't change in the map editor nor the game itself.

Well, Wog/Era is exactly HoMM structure and overwrites vanilla, which means it has data files, maps etc. So look in its data files for pac/lods, everything you want to change, text files, defs, that's the location.

I know where the files are located, hence:
"I changed a creature's name in CRTRAITS.TXT (h3bitmap.lod), but it doesn't change in the map editor nor the game itself. "
but I can only find one file that alters the NAMES, there must be another one.

no, everything you change in h3bitmap.lod is overwritten by hmm35wog.pac, text files too.

those WOG sprites are probably in the .pac salamander says.
You can also probably find the files online. There was a page with many H3 sprites.
You can find the ones by new world computing here for example: https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/heroes3/

My recoloring "issue" is fixed, so there's that, but I can't find hmm35wog.pac anywhere. It's not in Data or any other folder.
EDIT: found it in ModsWOG, I always forget WOG is now considered a mod with ERA II installation
SECOND EDIT: I extracted crtrait0.txt, CRTRAITS.txt, Dwelling.txt and zcrtrait.txt from hmm35wog.pac with MMarchive, changed a creature's name in those files and dragged them back into the .pac file, but it still won't work...

As you can see New Rampart Interface has its own txt files that overrides base wog txt files. You should also check other mods for additional txt files. I suggest you to make your own mod with your own changes that - put on top - will override everything.
