Change/edit starting troops

is there a program or files to edit the starting troops? i can change amount of troops in ''HOTRAITS'' but not the variation. Example i want to change is Tyris starts with cavaliers or Moandor start with Liches.

game cant lauch after edit. i tried change orrin to female to test and i have to use backups to go back because after edit anything with hex, game dont work

I think HOTA is pretty balance. The heroes always carry 3 teams of creatures. I think heroes with specialty Lv3 creatures like Ivor or Ajit are very good to start.
