Mirror Template question

I could test it, but feeling too lazy. Do the Utopias in a mirror template hold the same artifacts on each side of the mirror? In other words, if I take the matching Utopia in the underground that I just took in the aboveground, am I getting the same artifacts I just got, again? Thanks.
