and to boot, I think that the decline in that area is mainly due to several aspects, like their white collar work culture. That crap is pretty much murder.
Also now with Shinzo-sama retiring due to health, I think they'll shelve that foreign insemination visa plan. Must've realise that a boom of single mothers is not good in the long run.

People dying from overworking, not for me. Or a whole company's worth of employees remaining in the building till the boss or whatever lazy employee is still not done with work. That.. wouldn't fly in Greece, I can tell you that much

Also, a friend linked me to a supposedly good bleach episode. I had tried to start in the past but dropped 2 episodes in because it felt too stupid. Turns out I wasn't wrong, who writes this crap. And am I turning into omega?

I have an acquaintance from Estonia. They have this government supported program for students that you can take a job in some "exotic country" and they finance the travel costs and accommodation I believe. Sth sth "invest in youth". He stayed there for a year and said the country is cool and all, but their work culture is oppressive. He said whenever he wanted to simply go out for a beer with his colleagues, they literally needed to check their calendars if they have time in their busy schedules for a short trip to a bar...

Yes you are. Bleach had some very high production values for a shounen pasta at the time, and I still think it has some of the best and atmospheric openings of all time. They were very climatic and catchy, plus the technique of animation was probably ahead of it's time cus they still looks so good after all those years. If you were younger, less experienced with M&A and watched it at the time of its original run you would probably had a different impression. Now "liking" shounens is consider derogatory even Still I have some really fond memories from the series and the author had some really nice ideas. The Soul Society and Hueco Mundo Arcs were very good, had some really memorable antagonists.
Plus you might make Stevie angry with such declarations

Not angry, not even disappointed, just a very slight relief. If he liked it, it would've raised a red flag about my taste in anime, and then I'd be concerned. But like this? It only means I'm doing something right while he's taking the Omega route.

I watched it too and didn't find it confusing. Which only adds to the point above!
On a serious note, the episodes before where he couldn't wrap his head around anything were the more confusing ones. This time around he's starting to get a grip on things and feels a lot more in control of what's happening. Plus, there's three more episode where questions can be answered.

I think we are in the "final" route now. Subaru bursting with tears after the trial seems to actually be the best solution, even if it's frutrating to watch. I mean, the cause was different but it turned out best for him. Emilia was more concerned with his outburst than herself which made her calmer. Garfiel, seeing how the trial turned out for Subaru, seemed to have gained more trust for him (at least more then ever). It seems to me that Garfiel, who as stated before also went through the trial, was not trusting Subaru who always seemed to made through the ordeal without as much as breaking a sweat. It seemed suspicious. This "vulnerable" Subaru made him look that much less untrustworthy. So here's one contradiction - by being the most human (and less smartass), Subaru seems to have created the best outcome for himself.
Another contradiction - so far Subaru was trying to get as much allies to fight off Elsa. I think he realized the more people he involves this time, the more casualties are going to happen, as opposed to his fight with the White Whale where he needed manpower. So he now tries to "shake them off". And that's why he keeps his maneuvers a secret now. It also seems that Subaru used his "the look" to maybe get another ally. As with William before, Subaru's serious eyes tell the story of someone who went through a lot and shut Garfiel up. The only thing that is left is Garf's "secret".
Also, as expected, it is revealed that Echidna is using Subaru. I think she is trying to reaincarnate or otherwise get out of her "prison" by using him.
This episode is fantastic in how it shows that Subaru picks up all the parts and (maybe?) fully realizes his true power - each redo enables him to gather bits and pieces of information. It's never a waste - and this is of importance because maybe now he will learn to accept that the worst outcome doesn't mean all is for naught (like he did before). What seems like his personal failure, gives him an advantage later on. It is something I pointed out time and time again, and I think he, as a character, fully realized only now.

I think he already knew that, but just lost sight of it. With each redo his motivation gets chipped away at. If left alone it leads to those moments of despair. He's just human, for better or for worse, it's usually a trade. Sometimes moments of pain and no light in sight, sometimes massive payoff that makes it seem worth it.

Might be so, but the moment he had with Satella, when he literally picked up the memories of the Sanctuary denizens/occupants was a real eye-opener. Also, the moment when he wipes away Satellas tear is really heartwarming ("I'm going to save you"). At this point I wonder what is the real relation between Emilia and her...
