Better to put a Labor Union leader that has holidays dedicated to him in 6 states, than to drop Hugo Chavez in there. Which is a gaf that I’m certain would have happened if Biden chose the Chavez to put on his desk himself. Because Biden is a gaf elemental.

Cesar Chavez is a big figure in the southwest, referenced often to schoolchildren. The dude hated undocumented people coming from central America enough to do physical violence against them. "Labor Union leader" doesn't automatically make a person an avatar of sunshine and unicorns.
But I guess the pretty statue and the pop culture mythology/legend matters more than the actual historical man.

Well. Legal Eagle is a bit of a twit sometimes, but this legal argument is an absolute clusterduck. Oh Sidney. If it wasn't so stupid and if people didn't actually believe you, this would be hilarious. Instead it just
evokes a general sense of schadenfreude that someone terrible is most likely going to be held accountable for their various, damaging, bold-faced lies.

She also claims, in the exact same statement, to believe what she was saying. Thereby effectively stating that she is not a reasonable person.
