Music Scripting? [modding question]

I was wondering, what would one have to do to change when certain tracks are played?


Battles seem to select one of the battle tracks at random. So I came up with the idea of a mod that would make it so more intense/"epic" tracks would play when the odds were against you, or fighting the enemies highest level hero, etc.


I'm a programmer but totally inexperienced to heroes modding
