Bring some creatures back!
Hi all!
As everybody knows H4 doesn’t have a lot of creatures that H3 used to have. I just wanna ask what creatures u gays think should be brought back?
I’ve been thinking about azure dragons, manticoras etc.
And maybe somebody wanna add a creature that never existed in the Heroes lands?

I think that dwarves were really weak in this one, i used 2 love dwarves in homm3 but alas no more they are almsot as bad as those halflings ( which can kill a blackdragon if there are like 400 of them with precision)

I want frodo, speacial ability is to stealth on the adventure map and the ability to turn invisible during a battle. He gets 3x better defence from his armor and he does double damage to orcs.

LOL... when in battle with nancing elves gives +1 morale, when in battle with other halflings gets -5 luck ('cause his pals always seem to get into trouble)
When fighting under a wizard hero, -10 to defense 'cause of the Balrog... LOOOOL

3DO knows what you're thinking.. They're reply will be "Expansion pack". That's what they did with the conflux.. except they slapped them all together into one convenient little package (one town) which hardly required any thought. I hope they know what they're doing this time around. If they're going to bring back all the units from past games, don't just blindly bundle them into the same town.

Au contraire...
Let me explain about the Conflux. Originally, in AB, they were going to have the Forge town. When they got too many complaints(including death threats from outraged fans; believe me, this was ugly), the designers at New World switched to the Conflux town. This was, however, extremely late in developemnet, and the Forge itself was completely finished; all they might have to do was a little bit more tweaking of stats. But, they had to get rid of it, so the Conflux was, indeed, thrown together at the last minute. You can even tell in the artwork of the town--the grass, the structures, somehow all look half-finished.

Armageddon's Blade. First expansion pack for HOMM3.
I heard about the forge.. Good thing it was boycotted by the HOMM community and changed. I don't particularly like the rushed conflux, but I'd still take that over the Forge.

I would like to see some underwater or amphibious creatures in the next HOMM game. Also, underwater towns, underwater structures, and a map having 3 levels -- land, sea, and underground. And terrestrial creatures who go underwater will drown in "N" turns during a combat. Likewise, some sea creatures can't be on land.

You remember the Conflux town was formed in the sky. If they can have something up in the air why can't they have something under the sea?
