Maybe you are a Calyphona fan? IDK, I didn't think anyone actually liked her what I did notice is the female wizard model didn't suit Emilia. Sadly though Emilia dies have a 3D model as shown in cinematics and concept art, we don't see her having a custom render. I just though Calyphona portrait fits Mermaid legends, but maybe I will change the Mermaid to be other hero. It's under consideration.
Mages are stronger than before, are you kidding? The Magic Fist deals more damage per magi, they have higher HP, they used to not even have a ranged attack and now they do (this allows to retaliate vs ranged creatures even if they don't attack with it, and it gives ranged power even when spell points are exhausted and against units immune/resistant to magic), they raise almost twice as many skeletons, they age AND can charm enemies on melee, they ignore enemy wards. Seems nothing is enough for you :v. Sure they are weak physically but even then that is less so that before, and their magic is actually better; so they are better than before in both counts. They are stronger physically, they are stronger magically, and they have *four* new positive abilities. If anything, magi are borderline OP and I considered nerfing them.
Order magic was also considered probably the strongest one before, and it hasn't gotten any weaker now with three extra damage spells (Frost Ring, Experimental Shock, and Massive Exile), a mass raise spell (Ghastly Fate), and the ability to have infinite mana.
Though maybe if you just like to kill enemies with magic, you should try Chaos. After all, sorcerors and warlocks are also magic users

You're probably right. I will add a few things though
-For the sake of consistency, I wish magi had precision instead of curse, idk, their spells do not fit a mage character, they look more like necromancers
-About Order, cowardice seems quite useless and/or very situational, Maybe if the affected unit would also lose the ability to retaliate too...The same can be said about power drain;
- I wish their buffs were less straight-up statwise buffs, I mean, instead of +50% reanged defense, it could be 25% chance to dodge(block) ranged attacks;
- Displacement could make a comeback, maybe instead of just displacing, it puts the unit where it was 3 turns ago, nice, eh?
-I like frost ring a lot (despite its animation ), but experimental shock feels too chaotic for such an ordered magic school;
Heroes IV schools of magic mimic those of Magic: the Gathering. Currently, order is the least well ported version, because it is more of a jack of all trades than a thing of its own, but I like the direction you're taking it
