HD crash help
It has been a while since my last post.
After a HD crash with a BU device that died during an attempt at restoration, I am a beginning of sorts. I spent a large amount of time modding the campaigns, I did save a copy so that is not what I'm seeking aid. I have a Heroes V epic collection of all three of the games.
When I played the games or campaigns, I just clicked on the TOE icon and the game started with all three of the campaigns, V, HOF, TOE. After installing all three disks I find the TOE still "needs" to be installed, as it is still available to be installed from disk one, however the other two disks don't install it, but when I select the TOE icon, it starts but with only TOE campaigns available. electing the other icons on the campaign tab don't show any of the missions. Anybody have a selection to how to be able to play the original campaigns or the HOF campaigns?
A second question would be the modded original campaigns files where should they be placed to access them when I am able to play them? Did I have to rename some files? I don't remember deleting any files when I finished modding them.

If you are installing the game from CD make sure it is patched to 3.1 (sometimes called 3.01). this number is indicated in the bottom left corner of the game main menu.
Campaign files should be placed at <game folder>/UserMODs folder.

Is there a link to this patch? I logged into Ubisoft and only saw and downloaded:
1.01
1.02
1.03
1.04
1.041
1.05
1.06
2.01
I have not installed any yet because I remember that they had to go in a specific order, probably the released number. Any suggestions on the order when I get the 3.1 or 3.01, whereever it might be.

OK, got it and it ran. All the others indicated they can't be run on my system Win10. The previous HD ran all of the previous ones 1.01-1.6, maybe 2.1. I attempted to run as Win 7, but still failed. Does the 3.01 have a cumulative fix on those contained in the ones that won't run? If not what else might I do to run them?

What you need to do is install Tribes of the East expansion.
After that use the 3.1 patch.
You are ready to go.
If you dont have that expansion and you are having the earlier game variants i dont think it can be fixed. I will suggest buying it as it usually goes for around 2.5 Euro on sale.

Are you referring to HOF?
ETA: I already have both the original and HOF installed along with TOE.
