Yes reindeer too.. Moose/elk is better?! I never ate moose/elk but I eat a reindeer or red deer (photo) often.. I can't remember about moose/elk now.. Ok Gen. gnollking! Once I tried bear, but a old Finnish currency was 1000mk/kg.. I had no money and then game restaurant went bankruptcy.. But we can find a bear meat in market hall.. Today I'm not interested in bear.. Only deer

Reindeer is less "gamy" than moose/elk (especially wild game). I would say reindeer is better, personally. I just hope you don't eat it more cooked than medium - it is best quite red

salted oyster mashroom coated in breadcrumbs and bit flour with mashed potatoes and tomatoes

salted parasol mashroom coated in breadcrumbs and bit flour...
you can find it on meadows, woods etc (got to be careful to not pick similar poisonus mashrooms) sometimes available on marketplaces...
you can have your own delicious parasol mushrooms as large as your frying pan...
Parasol Mushrooms cultivation
usually takes 2 years to pick first mushrooms, but then they should pop up every year for couple of years......

Last three dinners

I can't eat tomato sauce due to reflux, so I use a white sauce on the pizza made from cream cheese, creme fraiche, jalepeno, parmesan and herbs, topped with more parmesan, Gouda and Jarlsberg. Gluten free, since wife doesn't eat gluten.

Beef, hasselback potatoes, glazed brusselsprouts & onion with bearnaise.

Vegetarian. Spicy aubergine & chickpeas, celeriac root & onion glazed in umami broth with cumin and cardamomand some fried cabbage.

One thing I am always curious about when people eat largely (or wholly) vegan - doa you make sure to get enough nutrients? Especially b12, iodine, iron, creatine, carnosine & d3 (off the top of my head).

these are stereotypes...body gets used to...body produces some...it tells you what to eat...you don't need so much iron, b12, iodine,  creatine, carnosine & d3, you need to get more sun light...
if don't know what to eat when don't feel well, eat soya, potatoes and beetroots...and all these my dishes mentioned by me in this topis...

Ok. So in other words you don't really know, because that is simply factually wrong and quite dangerous long term. Especially for someone growing and women if pregnant. The only statement I can agree with is sunlight is good because of vitamin D.
