Having elemental creatures which aren't the "Elementals" themselves to have a Conflux which is made of original creatures of different tiers seems like a good idea to me

The town building system has been added: There are now building slots that limit expansions. costs of buildings to be changed and rest of factions will be added later.

Creature tiers will be changed. Each faction will now have a unique tier lineup (e.g. Humans will be changed to 1-3-3-4-4-5-8
More explanation is needed on the town building system (what's with the two rows of images?), including noting which buildings are upgrades, and which are separate structures.
I notice that not one of the 67 spells works outside of combat. Were you planning on including any adventure map spells?
