Matthy, what i was trying to say is that, if you have money to buy 35 black dragons and you have 70 sulfur, you for sure have many other resources by that time, so you are always welcome in marketplace and do some trade with resources, or simply reload. 35 black drags are always welcome in my army no matter the cost .
Sorry for this off-topic reply, but I think the thing is solved soo, all we hope is to see this feature in h4.

great idea
I believe the idea originaly posted here is great, and as some of the repliers seems to believe it should not be instead of the possibility to buy individual creatures, but in addition. And: if you don`t have enough money/resources then you would get the message: "Can`t afford all creatures" and then you would have to but what you want separately.
Please 3DO: Let us have such a button!

god knows...
... i´ve been thinking about this many times (especially when playing those xl´s, day 1 seems to last forever and you get quite sick of clicking)- anyway, i wholeheartedly agree - give us recruit all button (of course in addition to regular recruitment)

There really should be a recruit all button. It gets anoying if you have to keep clicking an something over and over and over and over and so on.

somebody better get that button ready before the game ships out!!! By far one of the greatest ideas ever posted...
imagine having 10 fully build towns and you want to recruit every single creature... it can get pretty annoying...

What if you could choose how much of each creature to build each week. Say you got only so many numbers of creatures a week based on something. The standerd would be what we have now 14-8-7-4-3-2-1. But instead of building a Lv7 Unit one week you could use that to build 42 Lv1 creatures. Of course, it would all be porportionate. Like building lv1's instead of lv7's would get you many more creatures, and vice versa would get you less. But I think this could work. It would add a little extra touch to the game, and newbies could stick with the default.

complicated
Your idea about changing the numbers of creatures to be buildt seems somewhat comlex. Ok with using 7lvl creature to build a grater number of eg lvl1 creatures, but shoulf the oposit be alowed to, like building only lvl 7 creatures sacrificing the others? (Building 5-6 lvl creatures)

A Great Idea.
Why not be able to move the available creatures icons in the order of precedence.

buy all button
a buy all button is good. And if you can't afford all...you get a message saying not enough X. And then you have to do it manually.
And by the way guys, there aren't any upgraded units in HOMM4, so anything regarding that as a potential problem is irrelevant.
A precedence setting would be fine for the established HOMM gamer, but when they are trying to capture a new audience as well, they probably feel it's unnecessarily complicated for newbies. I think it might cause more problems and headaches of reloading than the time you would actually be saving. Too much automation and too little sleep equals too many mistakes
Interfaces should be simple and intuitive...if anything, I'd like the addition of drag and drop rather than sliders and buttons.
Just drag the icon of the unit you want into the slot you want. Once you let loose of the button a pop-up asking you about how many you want comes up. You can choose "all" or type in how many you want (just like when you split armies).
I think this would be especially useful for the hero-to-hero transfer.
